³⁴ Therefore I urge you to take some food. For it will give you strength,^[a] for ^(A)not a hair is to perish from the head of any of you.”

³⁰ But ^(A)even the hairs of your head are all numbered.

⁵² And Solomon said, “If he will show himself a worthy man, ^(A)not one of his hairs shall fall to the earth, but if wickedness is found in him, he shall die.”

¹⁸ But ^(A)not a hair of your head will perish.

^2 (A)“I have compassion on the crowd, because they have been with me now three days and have nothing to eat. ³ And if I send them away hungry to their homes, they will faint on the way. And some of them have come from far away.”

²³ (No longer drink only water, but ^(A)use a little wine ^(B)for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.)

⁷ Why, ^(A)even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; ^(B)you are of more value than many sparrows.
