²⁷ for ^(A)I did not shrink from declaring to you ^(B)the whole counsel of God.

²⁰ how I ^(A)did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and ^(B)teaching you in public and from house to house,

⁴ but just as we have been approved by God ^(A)to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not ^(B)to please man, but to please God ^(C)who tests our hearts.

¹⁶ Have I then become your enemy by ^(A)telling you the truth?^[a]

² But we have renounced ^(A)disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice^[a] cunning or ^(B)to tamper with God's word, but ^(C)by the open statement of the truth ^(D)we would commend ourselves to everyone's conscience in the sight of God.

^7 (A)not that there is another one, but ^(B)there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. ⁸ But even if we or ^(C)an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, ^(D)let him be accursed. ⁹ As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, ^(E)let him be accursed.

¹⁰ For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying ^(F)to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a ^(G)servant^[a] of Christ.

²³ this Jesus,^{[a] (A)}delivered up according to ^(B)the definite plan and ^(C)foreknowledge of God, ^(D)you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men.

^30 (A)but the Pharisees and ^(B)the lawyers ^(C)rejected ^(D)the purpose of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him.)

²⁰ teaching them ^(A)to observe all that ^(B)I have commanded you. And behold, ^(C)I am with you always, to ^(D)the end of the age.”
