New Matthew Bible
9 And those who were with me saw a light and were afraid, but they did not hear the voice of him who spoke with me. 10 And I said, What shall I do Lord? And the Lord said to me, Arise and go into Damascus, and there it will be told you all the things that are appointed for you to do.
11 And when I could not see anything due to the brightness of the light, I was led by the hand by those who were with me, and came into Damascus.

9 My companions saw the light,(A) but they did not understand the voice(B) of him who was speaking to me.
10 “‘What shall I do, Lord?’ I asked.
“ ‘Get up,’ the Lord said, ‘and go into Damascus. There you will be told all that you have been assigned to do.’(C) 11 My companions led me by the hand into Damascus, because the brilliance of the light had blinded me.(D)
