The Thousand Years

After that he must be released for a little while.

19 Then I saw the beast(A) and the kings of the earth(B) and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse(C) and his army. 20 But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet(D) who had performed the signs(E) on its behalf.(F) With these signs he had deluded(G) those who had received the mark of the beast(H) and worshiped its image.(I) The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake(J) of burning sulfur.(K) 21 The rest were killed with the sword(L) coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse,(M) and all the birds(N) gorged themselves on their flesh.

The Thousand Years

He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan,(R) and bound him for a thousand years.(S) He threw him into the Abyss,(T) and locked and sealed(U) it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations(V) anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

and will come out (A)to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, (B)Gog and Magog, (C)to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. And (D)they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded (E)the camp of the saints and (F)the beloved city, but (G)fire came down from heaven[a] and consumed them, 10 and the devil (H)who had deceived them was (I)thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where (J)the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Judgment Before the Great White Throne

11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence (K)earth and sky fled away, and (L)no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and (M)books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is (N)the book of life. And (O)the dead were judged by what was written in the books, (P)according to what they had done. 13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, (Q)Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, (R)according to what they had done. 14 Then (S)Death and Hades (T)were thrown into the lake of fire. This is (U)the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, (V)he was thrown into the lake of fire.
