¹⁵ Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life^(A) was thrown into the lake of fire.

³² But now, please forgive their sin^(A)—but if not, then blot me^(B) out of the book^(C) you have written.”

²⁰ The Lord will never be willing to forgive^(A) them; his wrath and zeal^(B) will burn^(C) against them. All the curses written in this book will fall on them, and the Lord will blot^(D) out their names from under heaven.

The End Times

12 “At that time Michael,^(A) the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress^(B) such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book^(C)—will be delivered.^(D)

The Faithful Remnant

¹⁶ Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other, and the Lord listened and heard.^(A) A scroll^(B) of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared^(C) the Lord and honored his name.

²⁰ However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”^(A)

²⁷ Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful,^(A) but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.^(B)
