Acts 2:23-25
English Standard Version
23 this Jesus,[a] (A)delivered up according to (B)the definite plan and (C)foreknowledge of God, (D)you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men. 24 (E)God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because (F)it was not possible for him to be held by it. 25 For David says concerning him,
(G)“‘I saw the Lord always before me,
for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken;

23 This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge;(A) and you, with the help of wicked men,[a] put him to death by nailing him to the cross.(B) 24 But God raised him from the dead,(C) freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.(D) 25 David said about him:
“‘I saw the Lord always before me.
