a stumbling block and a retribution for them;(C)
10 let their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see,

11 So I ask, have they stumbled so as to fall? By no means! But through their stumbling[a] salvation has come to the gentiles, so as to make Israel[b] jealous.(D) 12 Now if their stumbling[c] means riches for the world and if their loss means riches for gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
13 Now I am speaking to you gentiles. Inasmuch as I am an apostle to the gentiles, I celebrate my ministry(E) 14 in order to make my own people[d] jealous and thus save some of them.(F)

13 I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles,(K) I take pride in my ministry 14 in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy(L) and save(M) some of them.
