5 (A)And the Lord afflicted the king, so that he had leprosy to the day of his death. And he (B)lived in a separate house, [a]while Jotham the king’s son was in charge of the household, judging the people of the land. 6 Now as for the rest of the acts of Azariah and all that he did, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? 7 And Azariah [b]lay down with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David, and his son Jotham became king in his place.

New International Version
5 The Lord afflicted(A) the king with leprosy[a] until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house.[b](B) Jotham(C) the king’s son had charge of the palace(D) and governed the people of the land.
6 As for the other events of Azariah’s reign, and all he did, are they not written in the book of the annals of the kings of Judah? 7 Azariah rested(E) with his ancestors and was buried near them in the City of David. And Jotham(F) his son succeeded him as king.
