²¹ Then he went to the spring of water and threw the salt into it and said, “Thus says the Lord: I have made this water wholesome; from now on neither death nor miscarriage shall come from it.”^(A)

²⁵ He cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a piece of wood; he threw it into the water, and the water became sweet.

There the Lord^[a] made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he put them to the test.^{(A) 26} He said, “If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in his sight, and give heed to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord who heals you.”^(B)

⁴¹ He said, “Then bring some flour.” He threw it into the pot and said, “Serve the people and let them eat.” And there was nothing harmful in the pot.^(A)

¹³ All your grain offerings you shall season with salt; you shall not omit from your grain offerings the salt of the covenant with your God; with all your offerings you shall offer salt.^(A)

² through the middle of the street of the city. On either side of the river is the tree of life^[a] with its twelve kinds of fruit, producing its fruit each month, and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.^{(A) 3} Nothing accursed will be found there any more. But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him;^(B)
