8 Gud kallade valvet himmel. Det blev kväll och det blev morgon. Det var den andra dagen.
9 Sedan sa Gud: ”Vattnet under himlen ska samlas till en enda plats, så att torrt land kommer fram.” Det blev så, 10 och Gud kallade det torra jord, och vattnet kallade han hav. Gud såg att det var gott.

8 God called(A) the vault “sky.”(B) And there was evening, and there was morning(C)—the second day.
9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place,(D) and let dry ground(E) appear.” And it was so.(F) 10 God called(G) the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters(H) he called “seas.”(I) And God saw that it was good.(J)
