⁶⁶ He then marched into the land of the Philistines and passed through Marisa. ⁶⁷ On that day, several priests who inadvisedly went out to fight in their desire to prove their courage fell in battle. ⁶⁸ Judas next turned toward Azotus in the land of the Philistines. He destroyed their altars and burned the statues of their gods, plundered their towns, and then returned to the land of Judah.
