Tungkol sa mga Kaloob na Espirituwal
12 Ngayon naman, mga kapatid, nais kong malaman ninyo ang tungkol sa mga kaloob na espirituwal. 2 Alam ninyo na noong mga pagano pa kayo, iniligaw kayo sa mga piping diyus-diyosan. 3 Nais ko ngang maunawaan ninyo na walang nagsasalita sa pamamagitan ng Espiritu ng Diyos na nagsasabi, “Sumpain si Jesus!” at walang makapagsasabi, “Si Jesus ay Panginoon,” maliban sa patnubay ng Banal na Espiritu.
4 May (A) iba't ibang uri ng mga kaloob, ngunit mula sa iisang Espiritu. 5 At may iba't ibang uri ng paglilingkod, ngunit mula sa iisang Panginoon. 6 May iba't ibang uri ng gawain, ngunit mula sa iisang Diyos na gumagawa ng lahat ng bagay sa lahat. 7 Ngunit ibinigay sa bawat isa ang kapahayagan ng Espiritu para sa kapakinabangan ng lahat. 8 May binigyan ng salita ng karunungan sa pamamagitan ng Espiritu, at ang iba nama'y binigyan ng salita ng kaalaman ayon sa gayunding Espiritu; 9 ang iba'y pananampalataya sa pamamagitan ng gayunding Espiritu, at ang iba'y mga kaloob ng pagpapagaling sa pamamagitan ng iisang Espiritu. 10 Ang iba'y binigyan ng kapangyarihang gumawa ng mga himala, ang iba'y propesiya, ang iba'y kakayahang kumilala ng mga espiritu, ang iba'y kakayahang magsalita ng iba't ibang wika, at ang iba nama'y pagpapaliwanag ng mga wika. 11 Ngunit ang lahat ng ito ay pinakikilos ng iisa at parehong Espiritu, na namamahagi sa bawat isa ayon sa ninanais ng Espiritu.
Iisang Katawan, Maraming Bahagi
12 Sapagkat (B) kung paanong iisa ang katawan at marami ang mga bahagi, at ang lahat ng bahagi ng katawan, bagama't marami ay iisang katawan, gayundin naman kay Cristo. 13 Sapagkat sa pamamagitan ng iisang Espiritu ay binautismuhan tayong lahat tungo sa iisang katawan, maging Judio o Griyego, alipin o malaya—at tayong lahat ay pinainom sa isang Espiritu. 14 Sapagkat ang katawan ay hindi binubuo ng iisang bahagi, kundi ng marami. 15 Kung sasabihin ng paa, “Sapagkat hindi ako kamay, hindi ako kabilang sa katawan,” hindi na nga ba ito bahagi ng katawan? 16 At kung sasabihin ng tainga, “Sapagkat hindi ako mata, hindi ako kabilang sa katawan,” hindi na nga ba ito bahagi ng katawan? 17 Kung ang buong katawan ay mata, saan naroroon ang pandinig? Kung ang lahat ay pandinig, saan naroroon ang pang-amoy? 18 Inilagay ng Diyos ang mga bahagi ng katawan, ang bawat isa sa kanila ayon sa kanyang kagustuhan. 19 At kung ang lahat ay isang bahagi, nasaan pa ang katawan? 20 Maraming mga bahagi ngunit iisa ang katawan. 21 Ang mata ay hindi makapagsasabi sa kamay, “Hindi kita kailangan,” at hindi rin makapagsasabi ang ulo sa mga paa, “Hindi ko kayo kailangan.” 22 Sa halip, ang mga bahagi ng katawan na sa tingin natin ay mahihina ay silang kailangan. 23 Ang mga bahagi ng katawan na sa tingin natin ay walang karangalan, ay pinag-uukulan natin ng ibayong karangalan, at ang mga kahiya-hiyang bahagi natin ang lalong pinararangalan— 24 na hindi naman kailangan ng mga bahagi nating higit na magaganda. Subalit ang Diyos ang bumuo ng katawan sa paraang mabibigyan ng ibayong kapurihan ang bahaging may kakulangan. 25 Ito'y upang huwag magkaroon ng pagkakahati-hati sa katawan, kundi ang mga bahagi ay magkaroon ng parehong pagmamalasakit sa isa't isa. 26 Kapag naghihirap ang isang bahagi, lahat ay naghihirap na kasama niya; o kapag ang isang bahagi ay pinararangalan, sama-samang natutuwa ang mga bahagi.
27 Kayo nga ang katawan ni Cristo, at ang bawat isa'y bahagi nito. 28 At (C) ang Diyos ay naglagay sa iglesya, una, ng mga apostol, ikalawa, ng mga propeta, ikatlo, ng mga guro, at ng mga himala, at mga kaloob ng pagpapagaling, mga pagtulong, mga kakayahan sa pamumuno, at iba't ibang uri ng wika. 29 Lahat ba'y mga apostol? Lahat ba'y mga propeta? Lahat ba'y mga guro? Lahat ba'y mga manggagawa ng mga himala? 30 Lahat ba'y may mga kaloob ng pagpapagaling? Lahat ba'y nagsasalita ng iba't ibang wika? Lahat ba'y nagpapaliwanag? 31 Ngunit pakamithiin ninyo ang mga mas dakilang kaloob.
At ngayon ay ipapakita ko sa inyo ang walang kapantay na daan.

Los dones espirituales
12 Hermanos, quiero que sepan muy bien de qué se tratan los dones espirituales. 2 Recuerden la clase de vida que tenían cuando no eran creyentes. Se dejaban influenciar y se guiaban por ídolos mudos. 3 Les digo que nadie que hable por el Espíritu de Dios es capaz de maldecir a Jesús. Tampoco se puede decir que «Jesús es el Señor», si no es por el Espíritu Santo.
4 Hay diferentes clases de dones espirituales, pero todos vienen del mismo Espíritu. 5 Hay diferentes formas de servir, pero hay un solo Señor. 6 Hay diferentes formas de actuar, pero hay un solo Dios que trabaja entre nosotros en todo lo que hacemos. 7 El Espíritu se muestra de manera diferente en cada uno para beneficio de todos. 8 A uno le da la habilidad de hablar con palabras de sabiduría. El mismo Espíritu le da a otro la habilidad de hablar con conocimiento 9 y a otro le da fe. Ese mismo Espíritu le da a otro el don de sanar a los enfermos, 10 a otro el de hacer milagros, a otro el de profetizar y a otro el poder de reconocer cuando habla el Espíritu de Dios y cuando habla algún otro espíritu. A otro le da la habilidad de hablar en varias lenguas y a otro le da la habilidad de interpretarlas. 11 Todo eso lo hace un solo Espíritu y él decide lo que le da a cada cual.
El cuerpo de Cristo
12 Nuestro cuerpo tiene muchas partes, pero todas esas partes forman un solo cuerpo. Lo mismo sucede con Cristo: 13 ya sea judíos o no[a], esclavos o libres, todos hemos sido bautizados en un mismo Espíritu para formar parte de un solo cuerpo; a todos se nos dio a beber del mismo Espíritu.
14 El cuerpo humano no está hecho de una sola parte, sino de muchas. 15 Si el pie dijera: «Como no soy mano, entonces no formo parte del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de formar parte de él. 16 Si el oído dijera: «Como no soy ojo, entonces no formo parte del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de formar parte de él. 17 Si todo el cuerpo fuera ojo, ¿cómo podría oír? Si todo el cuerpo fuera oído, ¿cómo podría oler? 18 Dios puso todas y cada una de las partes del cuerpo como él quiso. 19 Si todas las partes fueran la misma, entonces no sería cuerpo. 20 Por eso hay muchas partes, pero un solo cuerpo.
21 El ojo no puede decirle a la mano: «No te necesito». Tampoco la cabeza puede decirle a los pies: «No los necesito». 22 Al contrario, todas las partes del cuerpo, hasta las más sencillas, son muy importantes y necesarias. 23 Y las partes del cuerpo que menos apreciamos, son las que tratamos con más cuidado. Las partes que no queremos mostrar son las que tratamos con más modestia. 24 Las partes más presentables no requieren que las cuidemos tanto, pero Dios ha unido todo el cuerpo de manera que las partes menos apreciadas reciban más honor. 25 Dios lo hizo así para que nuestro cuerpo no esté dividido, para que cada parte del cuerpo se preocupe por cuidar de las demás. 26 Si una parte sufre, todas sufren. Igualmente, si una parte recibe honor, todas las otras partes comparten su alegría.
27 Todos ustedes son el cuerpo de Cristo y cada uno es una parte de ese cuerpo. 28 En la iglesia, Dios puso primero a los apóstoles, luego a los profetas y luego a los maestros. También eligió a algunos para hacer milagros, a otros para tener dones de sanar a los enfermos, a otros para ayudar a los demás, a otros para dirigir y a otros para hablar en lenguas. 29 No todos son apóstoles, no todos son profetas, ni todos son maestros. No todos pueden hacer milagros 30 ni todos tienen el don de sanar a los enfermos. No todos pueden hablar en lenguas ni todos pueden interpretarlas. 31 Busquen tener los dones del Espíritu que ustedes consideran mejores. Pero yo quiero mostrarles una manera de vivir que es mucho mejor.

12 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.
25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
