^4 (A)Love is patient and ^(B)kind; love ^(C)does not envy or boast; it ^(D)is not arrogant

⁸ Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since ^(A)love covers a multitude of sins.

^32 (A)Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, ^(B)forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

²¹ envy,^[a] drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that ^(A)those who do^[b] such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. ²² But ^(B)the fruit of the Spirit is ^(C)love, joy, peace, patience, ^(D)kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

^12 (A)Put on then, as ^(B)God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, ^(C)compassionate hearts, ^(D)kindness, ^(E)humility, meekness, and patience,

¹¹ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

¹⁴ But if you have bitter ^(A)jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. ¹⁵ This is not ^(B)the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, ^(C)demonic. ¹⁶ For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. ¹⁷ But ^(D)the wisdom from above is first pure, then ^(E)peaceable, gentle, open to reason, ^(F)full of mercy and good fruits, ^(G)impartial and ^(H)sincere.
