⁵ And of ^(A)all my sons (for the Lord has given me many sons) he ^(B)has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of the kingdom of the Lord over Israel.

⁸ Blessed be the Lord your God, who has delighted in you ^(A)and set you on his throne as king for the Lord your God! ^(B)Because your God loved Israel and would establish them forever, he has made you king over them, that you may execute justice and righteousness.”
