19 Do not admit a charge against an elder except (A)on the evidence of two or three witnesses. 20 As for those who persist in sin, (B)rebuke them in the presence of all, (C)so that the rest may stand in fear. 21 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of the elect angels (D)I charge you to keep these rules without prejudging, (E)doing nothing from partiality.

19 Do not entertain an accusation against an elder(A) unless it is brought by two or three witnesses.(B) 20 But those elders who are sinning you are to reprove(C) before everyone, so that the others may take warning.(D) 21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus(E) and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism.
