³⁶ Jesus answered, ^(A)“My kingdom ^(B)is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, ^(C)my servants would have been fighting, that ^(D)I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” ³⁷ Then Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, ^(E)“You say that I am a king. ^(F)For this purpose I was born and for this purpose ^(G)I have come into the world—^(H)to bear witness to the truth. ^(I)Everyone who is ^(J)of the truth ^(K)listens to my voice.”

^11 (A)Now Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, “Are you ^(B)the King of the Jews?” Jesus said, ^(C)“You have said so.”

²¹ In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of the elect angels ^(A)I charge you to keep these rules without prejudging, ^(B)doing nothing from partiality.
