15 Hefyd yr ydwyf yn hysbysu i chwi, frodyr, yr efengyl a bregethais i chwi, yr hon hefyd a dderbyniasoch, ac yn yr hon yr ydych yn sefyll; Trwy yr hon y’ch cedwir hefyd, os ydych yn dal yn eich cof â pha ymadrodd yr efengylais i chwi, oddieithr darfod i chwi gredu yn ofer. Canys mi a draddodais i chwi ar y cyntaf yr hyn hefyd a dderbyniais, farw o Grist dros ein pechodau ni, yn ôl yr ysgrythurau; A’i gladdu, a’i gyfodi y trydydd dydd, yn ôl yr ysgrythurau; A’i weled ef gan Ceffas, yna gan y deuddeg. Wedi hynny y gwelwyd ef gan fwy na phum cant brodyr ar unwaith: o’r rhai y mae’r rhan fwyaf yn aros hyd yr awron; eithr rhai a hunasant. Wedi hynny y gwelwyd ef gan Iago; yna gan yr holl apostolion. Ac yn ddiwethaf oll y gwelwyd ef gennyf finnau hefyd, megis gan un annhymig. Canys myfi yw’r lleiaf o’r apostolion, yr hwn nid wyf addas i’m galw yn apostol, am i mi erlid eglwys Dduw. 10 Eithr trwy ras Duw yr ydwyf yr hyn ydwyf: a’i ras ef, yr hwn a roddwyd i mi, ni bu yn ofer; ond mi a lafuriais yn helaethach na hwynt oll: ac nid myfi chwaith, ond gras Duw, yr hwn oedd gyda mi. 11 Am hynny, pa un bynnag ai myfi ai hwynt‐hwy, felly yr ydym yn pregethu, ac felly y credasoch chwi. 12 Ac os pregethir Crist, ei gyfodi ef o feirw; pa fodd y dywed rhai yn eich plith chwi, nad oes atgyfodiad y meirw? 13 Eithr onid oes atgyfodiad y meirw, ni chyfodwyd Crist chwaith: 14 Ac os Crist ni chyfodwyd, ofer yn wir yw ein pregeth ni, ac ofer hefyd yw eich ffydd chwithau. 15 Fe a’n ceir hefyd yn gau dystion i Dduw; canys ni a dystiasom am Dduw, ddarfod iddo gyfodi Crist: yr hwn nis cyfododd efe, os y meirw ni chyfodir. 16 Canys os y meirw ni chyfodir, ni chyfodwyd Crist chwaith. 17 Ac os Crist ni chyfodwyd, ofer yw eich ffydd chwi; yr ydych eto yn eich pechodau. 18 Yna hefyd y cyfrgollwyd y rhai a hunasant yng Nghrist. 19 Os yn y byd yma yn unig y gobeithiwn yng Nghrist, truanaf o’r holl ddynion ydym ni. 20 Eithr yn awr Crist a gyfodwyd oddi wrth y meirw, ac a wnaed yn flaenffrwyth y rhai a hunasant. 21 Canys gan fod marwolaeth trwy ddyn, trwy ddyn hefyd y mae atgyfodiad y meirw. 22 Oblegid megis yn Adda y mae pawb yn meirw, felly hefyd yng Nghrist y bywheir pawb. 23 Eithr pob un yn ei drefn ei hun: y blaenffrwyth yw Crist; wedi hynny y rhai ydynt eiddo Crist yn ei ddyfodiad ef. 24 Yna y bydd y diwedd, wedi y rhoddo efe y deyrnas i Dduw a’r Tad: wedi iddo ddileu pob pendefigaeth, a phob awdurdod a nerth. 25 Canys rhaid iddo deyrnasu, hyd oni osodo ei holl elynion dan ei draed. 26 Y gelyn diwethaf a ddinistrir yw yr angau. 27 Canys efe a ddarostyngodd bob peth dan ei draed ef. Eithr pan yw yn dywedyd fod pob peth wedi eu darostwng, amlwg yw mai oddieithr yr hwn a ddarostyngodd bob peth iddo. 28 A phan ddarostynger pob peth iddo, yna y Mab ei hun hefyd a ddarostyngir i’r hwn a ddarostyngodd bob peth iddo ef, fel y byddo Duw oll yn oll. 29 Os amgen, beth a wna’r rhai a fedyddir dros y meirw, os y meirw ni chyfodir ddim? paham ynteu y bedyddir hwy dros y meirw? 30 A phaham yr ydym ninnau mewn perygl bob awr? 31 Yr ydwyf beunydd yn marw, myn eich gorfoledd yr hon sydd gennyf yng Nghrist Iesu ein Harglwydd. 32 Os yn ôl dull dyn yr ymleddais ag anifeiliaid yn Effesus, pa lesâd sydd i mi, oni chyfodir y meirw? Bwytawn ac yfwn; canys yfory marw yr ydym. 33 Na thwyller chwi: y mae ymddiddanion drwg yn llygru moesau da. 34 Deffrowch yn gyfiawn, ac na phechwch: canys nid oes gan rai wybodaeth am Dduw: er cywilydd i chwi yr wyf yn dywedyd hyn. 35 Eithr fe a ddywed rhyw un, Pa fodd y cyfodir y meirw? ac â pha ryw gorff y deuant? 36 O ynfyd, y peth yr wyt ti yn ei hau, ni fywheir oni bydd efe marw. 37 A’r peth yr wyt yn ei hau, nid y corff a fydd yr ydwyt yn ei hau, ond gronyn noeth, ysgatfydd o wenith, neu o ryw rawn arall. 38 Eithr Duw sydd yn rhoddi iddo gorff fel y mynnodd efe, ac i bob hedyn ei gorff ei hun. 39 Nid yw pob cnawd unrhyw gnawd: eithr arall yw cnawd dynion, ac arall yw cnawd anifeiliaid, a chnawd arall sydd i bysgod, ac arall i adar. 40 Y mae hefyd gyrff nefol, a chyrff daearol: ond arall yw gogoniant y rhai nefol, ac arall y rhai daearol. 41 Arall yw gogoniant yr haul, ac arall yw gogoniant y lloer, ac arall yw gogoniant y sêr: canys y mae rhagor rhwng seren a seren mewn gogoniant. 42 Felly hefyd y mae atgyfodiad y meirw. Efe a heuir mewn llygredigaeth, ac a gyfodir mewn anllygredigaeth: 43 Efe a heuir mewn amarch, ac a gyfodir mewn gogoniant: efe a heuir mewn gwendid, ac a gyfodir mewn nerth: efe a heuir yn gorff anianol, ac a gyfodir yn gorff ysbrydol. 44 Y mae corff anianol, ac y mae corff ysbrydol. 45 Felly hefyd y mae yn ysgrifenedig, Y dyn cyntaf Adda a wnaed yn enaid byw, a’r Adda diwethaf yn ysbryd yn bywhau. 46 Eithr nid cyntaf yr ysbrydol, ond yr anianol; ac wedi hynny yr ysbrydol. 47 Y dyn cyntaf o’r ddaear, yn daearol; yr ail dyn, yr Arglwydd o’r nef. 48 Fel y mae y daearol, felly y mae y rhai daearol hefyd; ac fel y mae y nefol, felly y mae y rhai nefol hefyd. 49 Ac megis y dygasom ddelw y daearol, ni a ddygwn hefyd ddelw y nefol. 50 Eithr hyn meddaf, O frodyr, na ddichon cig a gwaed etifeddu teyrnas Dduw; ac nad yw llygredigaeth yn etifeddu anllygredigaeth. 51 Wele, yr wyf yn dywedyd i chwi ddirgelwch: Ni hunwn ni oll, eithr ni a newidir oll mewn moment, ar drawiad llygad, wrth yr utgorn diwethaf: 52 Canys yr utgorn a gân, a’r meirw a gyfodir yn anllygredig, a ninnau a newidir. 53 Oherwydd rhaid i’r llygradwy hwn wisgo anllygredigaeth, ac i’r marwol hwn wisgo anfarwoldeb. 54 A phan ddarffo i’r llygradwy hwn wisgo anllygredigaeth, ac i’r marwol hwn wisgo anfarwoldeb, yna y bydd yr ymadrodd a ysgrifennwyd, Angau a lyncwyd mewn buddugoliaeth. 55 O angau, pa le mae dy golyn? O uffern, pa le mae dy fuddugoliaeth? 56 Colyn angau yw pechod, a grym pechod yw’r gyfraith. 57 Ond i Dduw y byddo’r diolch, yr hwn sydd yn rhoddi i ni fuddugoliaeth trwy ein Harglwydd Iesu Grist. 58 Am hynny, fy mrodyr annwyl, byddwch sicr, a diymod, a helaethion yng ngwaith yr Arglwydd yn wastadol; a chwi yn gwybod nad yw eich llafur chwi yn ofer yn yr Arglwydd.

15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:

After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.

And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.

10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.

12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.

19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.

28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?

30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?

31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.

33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?

36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:

37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:

38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.

40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
