1 Corinthians 13:3-13
English Standard Version
3 (A)If I give away all I have, and (B)if I deliver up my body to be burned,[a] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4 (C)Love is patient and (D)kind; love (E)does not envy or boast; it (F)is not arrogant 5 or rude. It (G)does not insist on its own way; it (H)is not irritable or resentful;[b] 6 it (I)does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but (J)rejoices with the truth. 7 (K)Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, (L)endures all things.
8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For (M)we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but (N)when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. 12 For (O)now we see in a mirror dimly, but (P)then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as (Q)I have been fully known.
13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

1 Corinthians 13:3-13
New International Version
3 If I give all I possess to the poor(A) and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[a](B) but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient,(C) love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.(D) 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking,(E) it is not easily angered,(F) it keeps no record of wrongs.(G) 6 Love does not delight in evil(H) but rejoices with the truth.(I) 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.(J)
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies,(K) they will cease; where there are tongues,(L) they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part(M) and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes,(N) what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood(O) behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror;(P) then we shall see face to face.(Q) Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.(R)
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.(S) But the greatest of these is love.(T)
