Luke 5:34-36
New King James Version
34 And He said to them, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while the (A)bridegroom is with them? 35 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them; then they will fast in those days.”
36 (B)Then He spoke a parable to them: “No one [a]puts a piece from a new garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old.

New International Version
34 Jesus answered, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom(A) fast while he is with them? 35 But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them;(B) in those days they will fast.”
36 He told them this parable: “No one tears a piece out of a new garment to patch an old one. Otherwise, they will have torn the new garment, and the patch from the new will not match the old.
