颂扬上帝的拯救
一首诗歌。
98 你们要向耶和华唱新歌，
因为祂的作为奇妙，
祂以右手和圣洁的臂膀施行拯救。
2 耶和华显明了祂的拯救之恩，
向列邦彰显了祂的公义。
3 祂没有忘记以慈爱和信实对待以色列人，
普天下都看见我们的上帝拯救了我们。
4 普世要向耶和华欢呼，
欢欢喜喜地高声颂扬。
5 要弹奏竖琴歌颂耶和华，
伴着琴声唱诗歌颂祂。
6 要伴随着号角声在大君王耶和华面前欢呼。
7 大海和海中的一切要颂扬，
大地和地上的一切要欢呼。
8 江河要鼓掌，
群山要在耶和华面前齐声欢唱，
9 因为祂要来审判大地，
要公义地审判世界，
公正地审判万民。

Gud har befriat Israel
98 Sjung en ny sång till Herren, ja, berätta om allt det väldiga han gjort! För genom sin väldiga kraft och helighet har han vunnit seger.
2-3 Alla folk, som känner honom, vet att han har befriat Israel. Han har bevisat att man kan lita på hans löften. Han har fullföljt sitt löfte om att vara god mot Israel. Hela jorden har sett hur Gud har frälst sitt folk.
4 Därför brister jorden ut i lovsång och höjer glädjerop till Gud.
5 Sjung lovsånger och spela på harpor.
6 Blås i kornetter, och låt trumpeter och horn ljuda! Spela upp en jubelsymfoni inför Herren, vår kung!
7 Låt haven brusa och allt som finns däri! Låt jorden och alla som bor på den jubla och ropa: Äran tillhör Herren!
8-9 Låt vågorna klappa sina händer av glädje! Låt bergen sjunga glädjesånger inför Herren! Han kommer för att döma alla folk med fullkomlig rättvisa!
Psalm 98
Young's Literal Translation
98 A Psalm. Sing ye to Jehovah a new song, For wonders He hath done, Given salvation to Him hath His right hand and His holy arm.
2 Jehovah hath made known His salvation, Before the eyes of the nations, He hath revealed His righteousness,
3 He hath remembered His kindness, And His faithfulness to the house of Israel, All ends of earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Shout to Jehovah, all the earth, Break forth, and cry aloud, and sing.
5 Sing to Jehovah with harp, With harp, and voice of praise,
6 With trumpets, and voice of a cornet, Shout ye before the king Jehovah.
7 Roar doth the sea and its fulness, The world and the inhabitants in it.
8 Floods clap hand, together hills cry aloud,
9 Before Jehovah, For He hath come to judge the earth, He judgeth the world in righteousness, And the people in uprightness!
Psalm 98
King James Version
98 O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
2 The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
5 Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
6 With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.
7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
8 Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
9 Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
