祈求 神记念他的子民
亚萨的训诲诗。
74 神啊！你为甚么永远丢弃我们呢？
为甚么你的怒气向你草场上的羊群好象烟冒出呢？（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）
2 求你记念你在古时买赎的会众，
就是你赎回作你产业的民族；
求你记念你所居住的锡安山。
3 求你举步去看那些长久荒凉的地方，
去看仇敌在圣所里所行的一切恶事。
4 你的敌人在敬拜你的聚会中吼叫，
他们竖起了自己的旗帜为记号。
5 他们好象那些举起斧子，
在树林中砍伐树木的人。
6 圣殿中的一切雕刻，
他们都用斧子和铳子打碎了。
7 他们用火把你的圣所烧成焦土，
他们亵渎你名的居所。
8 他们心里说：“我们要把它们完全毁灭！”
他们烧毁了地上一切敬拜 神的聚会地方。
9 我们看不见我们的记号，
也不再有先知；
我们中间也没有人知道这灾祸要到几时。
10 神啊！敌人辱骂你要到几时呢？
仇敌亵慢你的名要到永远吗？
11 你为甚么把你的手，就是你的右手收回呢？
求你从怀中抽出来毁灭他们。
12 神自古以来就是我的君王，
在地上施行拯救。
13 你曾用你的大能分开大海，
把海中怪兽的头都打碎了。
14 你砸碎了利未亚坦（“利未亚坦”为原文音译词，或译：“海怪”〔伯3:8〕或“鳄鱼”〔伯41:1〕）的头，
把牠给住在旷野的人作食物。
15 你曾开辟泉源和溪流，
又使长流不息的江河干涸。
16 白昼是你的，黑夜也是你的，
月亮和太阳，都是你设立的。
17 地上的一切疆界都是你立定的，
夏天和冬天都是你制定的。
18 耶和华啊！仇敌辱骂你，
愚顽人亵渎你的名，
求你记念这事。
19 求你不要把你斑鸠的性命交给野兽，
不要永远忘记你困苦人的性命。
20 求你顾念所立的约，
因为地上黑暗的地方充满了强暴的居所。
21 不要使受欺压的人蒙羞回去，
要使困苦、贫穷的人赞美你的名。
22 神啊！求你起来，为你的案件辩护，
要记得愚顽人终日对你的辱骂。
23 求你不要忘记你敌人的声音，
不要忘记那些起来与你为敌的人不住加剧地喧闹。

74 Lạy Thượng Đế, sao Ngài từ bỏ chúng tôi quá lâu?
Sao Ngài nổi giận cùng chúng tôi là bầy chiên của đồng cỏ Ngài?
2 Xin nhớ lại rằng dân mà Ngài đã chuộc từ xưa.
Ngài cứu chúng tôi, chúng tôi thuộc riêng về Ngài.
Ngài ngự tại núi Xi-ôn.
3 Xin hãy bước đến các nơi đổ nát lâu đời nầy;
kẻ thù đã phá tan đền thờ Ngài.
4 Những kẻ chống nghịch Ngài hò hét trong nơi nhóm họp,
giương cờ của chúng nó tại đó.
5 Chúng đến giơ cao búa rìu,
lăm le chặt phá mọi thứ như đốn cây.
6 Chúng dùng rìu và búa nhỏ,
đập phá các vật chạm trổ.
7 Chúng thiêu rụi đền thờ Ngài;
làm nhơ nhớp nơi mang danh Ngài.
8 Chúng nghĩ thầm, “Ta sẽ phá hết!”

Không còn nhà tiên tri,
cũng chẳng ai biết chuyện nầy sẽ kéo dài đến bao giờ.
10 Lạy Chúa, Ngài để kẻ thù trêu chọc Ngài đến bao giờ?
Chẳng lẽ chúng sỉ nhục Ngài mãi sao?
11 Sao Ngài không thi thố quyền năng Ngài?
Xin hãy tỏ quyền năng Ngài ra để diệt chúng đi!
12 Lạy Thượng Đế, Ngài là vua
chúng tôi từ xưa.
Ngài mang sự cứu rỗi đến cho đất.
13 Dùng quyền uy tách biển ra
và đập bể đầu các quái vật trong biển.
14 Ngài đập nát đầu quái vật Lê-vi-a-than,
ném nó làm thức ăn cho muông thú trong sa mạc.
15 Ngài mở các suối và khe;
khiến các sông ngòi đang chảy xiết bỗng cạn khô.
16 Ngày cũng như đêm đều thuộc về Chúa;
Ngài làm ra mặt trời và mặt trăng.
17 Ngài đặt giới hạn trên đất;
Ngài làm ra mùa hè và mùa đông.
18 Lạy Chúa, xin nhớ rằng kẻ thù sỉ nhục Ngài.
Đừng quên một dân ngu dại chế giễu danh Ngài.
19 Xin đừng trao chúng tôi là bồ câu của Ngài cho dã thú.
Xin đừng quên dân chúng đáng thương của Ngài mãi mãi.
20 Xin nhớ lại giao ước Ngài lập với chúng tôi,
vì sự hung tàn tràn ngập mọi ngõ ngách đen tối [c] của xứ nầy.
21 Xin đừng để dân chúng đau khổ của Ngài bị sỉ nhục.
Nguyện kẻ nghèo khó khốn cùng ca ngợi Ngài.
22 Lạy Thượng Đế, hãy đứng lên và tự vệ.
Xin đừng quên lời nhục mạ Chúa hằng ngày của dân ngu dại.
23 Xin đừng quên tiếng kẻ thù Ngài; hay tiếng gầm thét
của bọn luôn luôn dấy nghịch cùng Ngài.

祈求上帝眷顧祂的子民
亞薩的訓誨詩。
74 上帝啊，
你為何永遠丟棄了我們？
你為何對自己草場上的羊大發雷霆？
2 求你眷顧你在古時所救贖的子民，
你揀選為產業的族類，
求你眷顧你所居住的錫安山。
3 求你前去觀看那久已荒涼之地，
看看敵人對聖所的破壞。
4 他們在你聖所中高聲叫嚷，
豎立起自己的旗幟。
5 他們大肆毀壞，
好像人掄起斧頭砍伐樹林。
6 他們用斧頭、錘子把雕刻的牆板都搗毀了。
7 他們縱火焚燒你的聖所，
把它夷為平地，
褻瀆了你的居所。
8 他們心裡說：「我們要徹底毀滅一切。」
於是他們燒毀了境內所有敬拜上帝的地方。
9 我們再也看不到你的徵兆，
先知也沒有了。
無人知道這一切何時才會結束。
10 上帝啊，
仇敵嘲笑你的名要到何時呢？
他們要永無休止地辱罵你嗎？
11 你為何不伸出大能的右手？
求你出手給他們致命的一擊。
12 上帝啊，
你自古以來就是我的王，
你給世上帶來拯救。
13 你曾用大能分開海水，
打碎水中巨獸的頭。
14 你曾打碎海怪的頭，
把牠丟給曠野的禽獸吃。
15 你曾開闢泉源和溪流，
也曾使滔滔河水枯乾。
16 白晝和黑夜都屬於你，
你設立了日月。
17 你劃定大地的疆界，
又創造了盛夏和寒冬。
18 耶和華啊，
求你記住敵人對你的嘲笑和愚妄人對你的褻瀆。
19 求你不要把你的子民交給仇敵[a]，
不要永遠對你受苦的子民棄置不顧。
20 求你顧念你的應許，
因地上黑暗之處充滿了暴力。
21 求你不要讓受壓迫的人羞愧而去。
願貧窮困苦的人讚美你的名。
22 上帝啊，求你起來維護自己，
別忘記愚妄人怎樣整天嘲笑你。
23 不要對你仇敵的喧嚷置之不理，
與你為敵的人不停地叫囂。

¿Por qué se ha encendido tu ira contra las ovejas de tu prado?
2 Acuérdate del pueblo que adquiriste desde tiempos antiguos,
de la tribu que redimiste
para que fuera tu posesión.
Acuérdate de este monte Sión,
que es donde tú habitas.
3 Dirige tus pasos hacia estas ruinas eternas;
¡todo en el santuario lo ha destruido el enemigo!
4 Tus adversarios rugen en el lugar de tus asambleas
y plantan sus banderas en señal de victoria.
5 Parecen leñadores en el bosque,
talando árboles con sus hachas.
6 Con sus hachas y martillos
destrozaron todos los adornos de madera.
7 Prendieron fuego a tu santuario;
profanaron la morada de tu Nombre.
8 En su corazón[a] dijeron: «¡Vamos a aplastarlos por completo!»,
y quemaron en el país todos tus santuarios.
9 Ya no vemos señales milagrosas;
ya no hay ningún profeta
y ni siquiera sabemos hasta cuándo durará todo esto.
10 ¿Hasta cuándo, Dios, te insultará el adversario?
¿Por siempre ofenderá tu nombre el enemigo?
11 ¿Por qué retraes tu mano, tu mano derecha?
¿Por qué te quedas cruzado de brazos? ¡Destrúyelos!
12 Tú, oh Dios, eres mi Rey desde tiempos antiguos;
tú traes salvación sobre la tierra.
13 Tú dividiste el mar con tu poder;
les rompiste la cabeza a los monstruos marinos.
14 Tú aplastaste las cabezas de Leviatán
y lo diste por comida a las fieras del desierto.
15 Tú hiciste que brotaran fuentes y arroyos;
secaste ríos de inagotables corrientes.
16 Tuyo es el día, tuya también la noche;
tú estableciste la luna y el sol;
17 estableciste todos los límites de la tierra
y creaste el verano y el invierno.
18 Recuerda, Señor, que tu enemigo te insulta
y que un pueblo insensato ofende tu nombre.
19 No entregues a las fieras la vida de tu tórtola;
no te olvides, ni ahora ni nunca, de la vida de tus pobres.
20 Toma en cuenta tu pacto,
pues hasta en los lugares más oscuros del país abunda la violencia.
21 Que no vuelva humillado el oprimido;
que alaben tu nombre el pobre y el necesitado.
22 Levántate, oh Dios, y defiende tu causa;
recuerda que a todas horas te ofenden los necios.
23 No pases por alto el griterío de tus adversarios,
el creciente tumulto de tus enemigos.

1 O God, why have you rejected(A) us forever?(B)
Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture?(C)
2 Remember the nation you purchased(D) long ago,(E)
the people of your inheritance,(F) whom you redeemed(G)—
Mount Zion,(H) where you dwelt.(I)
3 Turn your steps toward these everlasting ruins,(J)
all this destruction the enemy has brought on the sanctuary.
4 Your foes roared(K) in the place where you met with us;
they set up their standards(L) as signs.
5 They behaved like men wielding axes
to cut through a thicket of trees.(M)
6 They smashed all the carved(N) paneling
with their axes and hatchets.
7 They burned your sanctuary to the ground;
they defiled(O) the dwelling place(P) of your Name.(Q)
8 They said in their hearts, “We will crush(R) them completely!”
They burned(S) every place where God was worshiped in the land.
9 We are given no signs from God;(T)
no prophets(U) are left,
and none of us knows how long this will be.
10 How long(V) will the enemy mock(W) you, God?
Will the foe revile(X) your name forever?
11 Why do you hold back your hand, your right hand?(Y)
Take it from the folds of your garment(Z) and destroy them!
13 It was you who split open the sea(AC) by your power;
you broke the heads of the monster(AD) in the waters.
14 It was you who crushed the heads of Leviathan(AE)
and gave it as food to the creatures of the desert.(AF)
15 It was you who opened up springs(AG) and streams;
you dried up(AH) the ever-flowing rivers.
16 The day is yours, and yours also the night;

18 Remember how the enemy has mocked you, Lord,
how foolish people(AL) have reviled your name.
19 Do not hand over the life of your dove(AM) to wild beasts;
do not forget the lives of your afflicted(AN) people forever.
20 Have regard for your covenant,(AO)
because haunts of violence fill the dark places(AP) of the land.
21 Do not let the oppressed(AQ) retreat in disgrace;
may the poor and needy(AR) praise your name.
22 Rise up,(AS) O God, and defend your cause;
remember how fools(AT) mock you all day long.
23 Do not ignore the clamor(AU) of your adversaries,(AV)
the uproar(AW) of your enemies,(AX) which rises continually.
