118 你们要称谢耶和华，因他本是良善的；
他的慈爱永远长存。
2 愿以色列说：
“他的慈爱永远长存。”
3 愿亚伦家说：
“他的慈爱永远长存。”
4 愿敬畏耶和华的说：
“他的慈爱永远长存。”
5 我在急难中求告耶和华，
他就应允我，使我站在宽阔之地。
6 耶和华是我的帮助，我决不害怕，
人能把我怎么样呢？
7 耶和华是我的帮助，
我必看见恨我的人遭报。
8 投靠耶和华，
胜过倚靠人。
9 投靠耶和华，
胜过倚靠王子。
10 列国围困着我，
我靠着耶和华的名必除灭他们。
11 他们围绕着我，把我围困，
我靠着耶和华的名必除灭他们。
12 他们如同蜜蜂围绕着我，
但他们要像烧荆棘的火熄灭；

118 Pasalamati ang Ginoo, kay maayo siya;
ang iya gugma wala sing katapusan.
2 Magsiling ang katawhan sang Israel, “Ang iya gugma wala sing katapusan.”
3 Magsiling ang mga kaliwat ni Aaron, “Ang iya gugma wala sing katapusan.”
4 Magsiling ang mga nagatahod sa Ginoo, “Ang iya gugma wala sing katapusan.”
5 Sa akon kalisod, nagpanawag ako sa Ginoo,
kag ginsabat niya ako paagi sa paghilway sa akon.
6 Kaupod ko ang Ginoo, gani indi ako mahadlok.
Ano ang mahimo sang tawo sa akon?
7 Kaupod ko ang Ginoo.
Siya ang nagabulig sa akon,
kag makita ko mismo ang pagkapierdi sang akon mga kaaway.
8 Mas maayo nga magdangop sa Ginoo kaysa magsalig sa tawo.
9 Mas maayo nga magdangop sa Ginoo kaysa magsalig sa gamhanan nga mga tawo.
10 Ginlibutan ako sang madamo nga mga nasyon nga akon kaaway,
pero ginpierdi ko sila paagi sa gahom sang Ginoo.
11 Matuod nga ginlibutan nila ako,
pero ginpierdi ko sila paagi sa gahom sang Ginoo.
12 Ginsalakay nila ako pareho sa panong sang putyukan,
pero gintapna sila gilayon pareho sa ginasunog nga dagami nga nagakapatay dayon.
Ginpierdi ko sila paagi sa gahom sang Ginoo.
13 Ginsalakay ako sing mabaskog
kag diutayan na lang ako madaog,
pero ginbuligan ako sang Ginoo.
14 Ang Ginoo amo ang nagahatag sa akon sang kusog
kag siya ang akon ginakanta.
Siya ang nagluwas sa akon.
15-16 Pamatii ang paghinugyaw sang katawhan sang Dios sa ila mga tolda tungod sang ila pagdaog:
“Ini nga kadaugan ginhimo sang Ginoo paagi sa iya gahom!
Ang gahom sang Ginoo amo ang nagpadaog sa aton!”
17 Indi ako mapatay, kundi magakabuhi,
kag ipanugid ko ang mga ginhimo sang Ginoo.
18 Bisan pa nga puwerte gid ang silot sang Ginoo sa akon, wala niya pagtuguti nga mapatay ako.
19 Buksi ang mga puwertahan sang templo sang Ginoo[a] para sa akon, kay magasulod ako kag magapasalamat sa Ginoo.
20 Amo ini ang puwertahan sang Ginoo nga sa diin ang mga matarong lang ang makasulod.
21 Magapasalamat ako sa imo, Ginoo, kay ginsabat mo ang akon pangamuyo.
Ikaw ang nagluwas sa akon.
22 Ang bato nga ginsikway sang mga panday amo ang nangin pundasyon nga bato.
23 Ang Ginoo ang naghimo sini kag makatilingala ini sa aton.
24 Amo ini ang adlaw nga ginpadaog kita sang Ginoo, gani magkalipay kag magsinadya kita.
25 Ginoo, padayon ka nga magluwas sa amon.
Hatagi kami sang kadalag-an sa amon mga ginahimo.
26 Ginapakamaayo sang Ginoo ang iya pinadala.[b]
Kag kamo nga mga tawo, kabay pa nga pakamaayuhon man kamo sang Ginoo halin diri sa iya templo.[c]
27 Ang Ginoo, Dios; kag maayo gid siya sa aton.
Magdala kita sang mga sanga sang kahoy sa pagselebrar sang piesta, kag maglibot kita sa halaran.
28 Ginoo, ikaw ang akon Dios;
nagapasalamat ako kag nagadayaw sa imo.

His Steadfast Love Endures Forever
118 (A)Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
for his steadfast love endures forever!
2 (B)Let Israel say,
“His steadfast love endures forever.”
3 (C)Let the house of Aaron say,
“His steadfast love endures forever.”
4 (D)Let those who fear the Lord say,
“His steadfast love endures forever.”
5 (E)Out of my distress I (F)called on the Lord;
the Lord answered me and set me (G)free.
6 (H)The Lord is on my side; (I)I will not fear.
What can man do to me?
7 (J)The Lord is on my side as my helper;
I shall (K)look in triumph on those who hate me.
8 (L)It is better to take refuge in the Lord
(M)than to trust in man.
9 It is better to take refuge in the Lord
(N)than to trust in princes.
10 (O)All nations surrounded me;
in the name of the Lord I cut them off!
11 They surrounded me, surrounded me on every side;
in the name of the Lord I cut them off!
12 (P)They surrounded me like bees;
they went out like (Q)a fire among thorns;

13 I was (R)pushed hard,[a] so that I was falling,
but the Lord helped me.
14 The Lord is my strength and my song;

15 Glad songs of salvation
are in the tents of the righteous:

16 the right hand of the Lord exalts,
the right hand of the Lord (V)does valiantly!”
17 (W)I shall not die, but I shall live,
and (X)recount the deeds of the Lord.
18 The Lord has (Y)disciplined me severely,
but he has not given me over to death.

that I may enter through them

20 This is the gate of the Lord;
