10 In quel tempo il Signore mi disse: Tàgliati due tavole di pietra simili alle prime e sali da me sul monte e costruisci anche un'arca di legno; 2 io scriverò su quelle tavole le parole che erano sulle prime che tu hai spezzato e tu le metterai nell'arca. 3 Io feci dunque un'arca di legno d'acacia e tagliai due tavole di pietra simili alle prime; poi salii sul monte, con le due tavole in mano. 4 Il Signore scrisse su quelle tavole la stessa iscrizione di prima, cioè i dieci comandamenti che il Signore aveva promulgati per voi sul monte, in mezzo al fuoco, il giorno dell'assemblea. Il Signore me li consegnò. 5 Allora mi volsi e scesi dal monte; collocai le tavole nell'arca che avevo fatta e là restarono, come il Signore mi aveva ordinato.
6 Poi gli Israeliti partirono dai pozzi dei figli Iaakan per Mosera. Là morì Aronne e vi fu sepolto; Eleazaro suo figlio divenne sacerdote al posto di lui. 7 Di là partirono alla volta di Gudgoda e da Gudgoda alla volta di Iotbata, paese ricco di torrenti d'acqua.
8 In quel tempo il Signore prescelse la tribù di Levi per portare l'arca dell'alleanza del Signore, per stare davanti al Signore al suo servizio e per benedire nel nome di lui, come ha fatto fino ad oggi. 9 Perciò Levi non ha parte né eredità con i suoi fratelli: il Signore è la sua eredità, come il Signore tuo Dio gli aveva detto.
10 Io ero rimasto sul monte, come la prima volta, quaranta giorni e quaranta notti; il Signore mi esaudì anche questa volta: il Signore non ha voluto distruggerti. 11 Poi il Signore mi disse: Alzati, mettiti in cammino alla testa del tuo popolo: entrino nel paese che giurai ai loro padri di dar loro e ne prendano possesso.
La circoncisione del cuore
12 Ora, Israele, che cosa ti chiede il Signore tuo Dio, se non che tu tema il Signore tuo Dio, che tu cammini per tutte le sue vie, che tu l'ami e serva il Signore tuo Dio con tutto il cuore e con tutta l'anima, 13 che tu osservi i comandi del Signore e le sue leggi, che oggi ti do per il tuo bene? 14 Ecco, al Signore tuo Dio appartengono i cieli, i cieli dei cieli, la terra e quanto essa contiene. 15 Ma il Signore predilesse soltanto i tuoi padri, li amò e, dopo loro, ha scelto fra tutti i popoli la loro discendenza, cioè voi, come oggi. 16 Circoncidete dunque il vostro cuore ostinato e non indurite più la vostra nuca; 17 perché il Signore vostro Dio è il Dio degli dei, il Signore dei signori, il Dio grande, forte e terribile, che non usa parzialità e non accetta regali, 18 rende giustizia all'orfano e alla vedova, ama il forestiero e gli dà pane e vestito. 19 Amate dunque il forestiero, poiché anche voi foste forestieri nel paese d'Egitto. 20 Temi il Signore tuo Dio, a lui servi, restagli fedele e giura nel suo nome: 21 Egli è l'oggetto della tua lode, Egli è il tuo Dio; ha fatto per te quelle cose grandi e tremende che i tuoi occhi hanno visto. 22 I tuoi padri scesero in Egitto in numero di settanta persone; ora il Signore tuo Dio ti ha reso numeroso come le stelle dei cieli.

10 “当时耶和华对我说，‘你要凿两块石版，与前两块一样，也要做一个木柜，然后上山来见我。 2 我要把你摔碎的那两块石版上的话重新写在你凿的石版上。你要把它们放在柜子里。’ 3 于是，我用皂荚木做了一个柜子，又凿了两块石版，与前两块石版一样，然后带着石版上了山。 4 耶和华把你们在山脚下聚会时祂在山上的火焰中向你们颁布的十条诫命，重新刻在石版上，并把石版交给我。 5 我下山后，遵照耶和华的吩咐把石版放在我做的柜子里。现在石版仍放在那里。
6 “我们从亚干人的井[a]出发，来到摩西拉。亚伦死在那里，并葬在那里，他儿子以利亚撒接替他做大祭司。 7 我们从那里走到谷歌大，又走到溪流之乡约巴他。 8 那时，耶和华把利未支派分别出来，派他们抬祂的约柜，站立在祂面前事奉祂，奉祂的名祝福，至今未变。 9 因此，利未人在众支派中没有分到土地作产业，耶和华是他们的产业，这是你们的上帝耶和华对他们的应许。
10 “和前一次一样，我又在山上待了四十昼夜，耶和华又听了我的祈求，答应不毁灭你们。 11 耶和华对我说，‘起来，带他们走吧，去占领我起誓赐给他们祖先的土地。’

12 “以色列人啊，你们的上帝耶和华对你们有何要求？无非要你们敬畏祂，遵行祂的旨意，爱祂，全心全意地事奉祂， 13 遵守祂的诫命和律例。我今天把这些诫命和律例赐给你们，是为了你们的益处。 14 看啊，诸天、大地和万物都属于你们的上帝耶和华。 15 但耶和华只喜爱你们的祖先，从万族中拣选了他们的后裔——你们，正如今日的情形。 16 所以，你们要洗心革面，不可再顽固不化。 17 你们的上帝耶和华是万神之神、万主之主，是伟大、全能、可畏的上帝。祂不徇情面，不受贿赂； 18 祂为孤儿寡妇主持公道，关爱寄居者，供给他们衣食。 19 所以，你们要爱寄居者，因为你们也曾寄居埃及。 20 你们要敬畏你们的上帝耶和华，事奉祂，倚靠祂，凭祂的名起誓。 21 你们要赞美祂，祂是你们的上帝，你们亲眼目睹了祂为你们做的伟大而可畏的事。 22 当年你们祖先下埃及时，只有七十人，现在你们的上帝耶和华使你们多如天上的星辰。

Tablets Like the First Ones
10 At that time the Lord said to me, “Chisel out two stone tablets(A) like the first ones and come up to me on the mountain. Also make a wooden ark.[a] 2 I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. Then you are to put them in the ark.”(B)
3 So I made the ark out of acacia wood(C) and chiseled(D) out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hands. 4 The Lord wrote on these tablets what he had written before, the Ten Commandments(E) he had proclaimed(F) to you on the mountain, out of the fire, on the day of the assembly.(G) And the Lord gave them to me. 5 Then I came back down the mountain(H) and put the tablets in the ark(I) I had made,(J) as the Lord commanded me, and they are there now.(K)
6 (The Israelites traveled from the wells of Bene Jaakan to Moserah.(L) There Aaron died(M) and was buried, and Eleazar(N) his son succeeded him as priest.(O) 7 From there they traveled to Gudgodah and on to Jotbathah, a land with streams of water.(P) 8 At that time the Lord set apart the tribe of Levi(Q) to carry the ark of the covenant(R) of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister(S) and to pronounce blessings(T) in his name, as they still do today.(U) 9 That is why the Levites have no share or inheritance among their fellow Israelites; the Lord is their inheritance,(V) as the Lord your God told them.)
10 Now I had stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights, as I did the first time, and the Lord listened to me at this time also. It was not his will to destroy you.(W) 11 “Go,” the Lord said to me, “and lead the people on their way, so that they may enter and possess the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.”
Fear the Lord
12 And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you(X) but to fear(Y) the Lord your God, to walk(Z) in obedience to him, to love him,(AA) to serve the Lord(AB) your God with all your heart(AC) and with all your soul,(AD) 13 and to observe the Lord’s commands(AE) and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?(AF)
14 To the Lord your God belong the heavens,(AG) even the highest heavens,(AH) the earth and everything in it.(AI) 15 Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved(AJ) them, and he chose you,(AK) their descendants, above all the nations—as it is today.(AL) 16 Circumcise(AM) your hearts,(AN) therefore, and do not be stiff-necked(AO) any longer. 17 For the Lord your God is God of gods(AP) and Lord of lords,(AQ) the great God, mighty and awesome,(AR) who shows no partiality(AS) and accepts no bribes.(AT) 18 He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow,(AU) and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing.(AV) 19 And you are to love(AW) those who are foreigners,(AX) for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt.(AY) 20 Fear the Lord your God and serve him.(AZ) Hold fast(BA) to him and take your oaths in his name.(BB) 21 He is the one you praise;(BC) he is your God, who performed for you those great(BD) and awesome wonders(BE) you saw with your own eyes. 22 Your ancestors who went down into Egypt were seventy in all,(BF) and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars in the sky.(BG)

10 Zu derselben Zeit sprach der HERR zu mir: Haue dir zwei steinerne Tafeln wie die ersten und komm zu mir auf den Berg und mache dir eine hölzerne Lade,
2 so will ich auf die Tafeln schreiben die Worte, die auf den ersten waren, die du zerbrochen hast; und du sollst sie in die Lade legen.
3 Also machte ich die Lade von Akazienholz und hieb zwei steinerne Tafeln, wie die ersten waren, und ging auf den Berg und hatte die zwei Tafeln in meinen Händen.
4 Da schrieb er auf die Tafeln, wie die erste Schrift war, die zehn Worte, die der HERR zu euch redete aus dem Feuer auf dem Berge zur Zeit der Versammlung; und der HERR gab sie mir.
5 Und ich wandte mich und ging vom Berge und legte die Tafeln in die Lade, die ich gemacht hatte, daß sie daselbst wären, wie mir der HERR geboten hatte.
6 Und die Kinder Israel zogen aus von Beeroth-Bne-Jaakan gen Moser. Daselbst starb Aaron, und ist daselbst begraben; und sein Sohn Eleasar ward für ihn Priester.
7 Von da zogen sie aus gen Gudegoda, von Gugegoda gen Jotbatha, ein Land, da Bäche sind.
8 Zur selben Zeit sonderte der HERR den Stamm Levi aus, die Lade des Bundes des HERRN zu tragen und zu stehen vor dem HERRN, ihm zu dienen und in seinem Namen zu segnen bis auf diesen Tag.
9 Darum sollten die Leviten kein Teil noch Erbe haben mit ihren Brüdern; denn der HERR ist ihr Erbe, wie der HERR, dein Gott, ihnen geredet hat.
10 Ich aber stand auf dem Berge, wie das erstemal, vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte; und der HERR erhörte mich auch diesmal und wollte dich nicht verderben.
11 Er sprach aber zu mir: Mache dich auf und gehe hin, daß du vor dem Volk her ziehst, daß sie hineinkommen und das Land einnehmen, das ich ihren Vätern geschworen habe ihnen zu geben.
12 Nun, Israel, was fordert der HERR, dein Gott, von dir, denn daß du den HERRN, deinen Gott, fürchtest, daß du in allen seinen Wegen wandelst und liebst ihn und dienest dem HERRN, deinem Gott, von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele,
13 daß du die Gebote des HERRN haltest und seine Rechte, die ich dir heute gebiete, auf daß dir's wohl gehe?
14 Siehe, der Himmel und aller Himmel Himmel und die Erde und alles, was darinnen ist, das ist des HERRN, deines Gottes.
15 dennoch hat er allein zu deinen Vätern Lust gehabt, daß er sie liebte, und hat ihren Samen erwählt nach ihnen, euch, aus allen Völkern, wie es heutigestages steht.
16 So beschneidet nun eure Herzen und seid fürder nicht halsstarrig.
17 Denn der HERR, euer Gott, ist ein Gott aller Götter und HERR über alle Herren, ein großer Gott, mächtig und schrecklich, der keine Person achtet und kein Geschenk nimmt
18 und schafft Recht den Waisen und Witwen und hat die Fremdlinge lieb, daß er ihnen Speise und Kleider gebe.
19 Darum sollt ihr auch die Fremdlinge lieben; denn ihr seid auch Fremdlinge gewesen in Ägyptenland.
20 Den HERRN, deinen Gott, sollst du fürchten, ihm sollst du dienen, ihm sollst du anhangen und bei seinem Namen schwören.
21 Er ist dein Ruhm und dein Gott, der bei dir solche große und schreckliche Dinge getan hat, die deine Augen gesehen haben.
22 Deine Väter zogen hinab nach Ägypten mit siebzig Seelen; aber nun hat dich der HERR, dein Gott, gemehrt wie die Sterne am Himmel.
