玛拉基书 3

3 Wele fi yn anfon fy nghennad, ac efe a arloesa y ffordd o’m blaen i: ac yn ddisymwth y daw yr Arglwydd, yr hwn yr ydych yn ei geisio, i’w deml; sef angel y cyfamod yr hwn yr ydych yn ei chwennych: wele efe yn dyfod, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd. 2 Ond pwy a oddef ddydd ei ddyfodiad ef? a phwy a saif pan ymddangoso efe? canys y mae efe fel tân y toddydd, ac fel sebon y golchyddion. 3 Ac efe a eistedd fel purwr a glanhawr arian: ac efe a bura feibion Lefi, ac a’u coetha hwynt fel aur ac fel arian, fel y byddont yn offrymu i’r Arglwydd offrwm mewn cyfiawnder. 4 Yna y bydd melys gan yr Arglwydd offrwm Jwda a Jerwsalem, megis yn y dyddiau gynt, ac fel y blynyddoedd gynt. 5 A mi a nesâf atoch chwi i farn; a byddaf dyst cyflym yn erbyn yr hudolion, ac yn erbyn y godinebwyr, ac yn erbyn yr anudonwyr, ac yn erbyn camatalwyr cyflog y cyflogedig, a’r rhai sydd yn gorthrymu y weddw, a’r amddifad, a’r dieithr, ac heb fy ofni i, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd. 6 Canys myfi yr Arglwydd ni’m newidir; am hynny ni ddifethwyd chwi, meibion Jacob.
7 Er dyddiau eich tadau y ciliasoch oddi wrth fy neddfau, ac ni chadwasoch hwynt: dychwelwch ataf fi, a mi a ddychwelaf atoch chwithau, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd: ond chwi a ddywedwch, Ym mha beth y dychwelwn?
8 A ysbeilia dyn Dduw? eto chwi a’m hysbeiliasoch i: ond chwi a ddywedwch, Ym mha beth y’th ysbeiliasom? Yn y degwm a’r offrwm. 9 Melltigedig ydych trwy felltith: canys chwi a’m hysbeiliasoch i, sef yr holl genedl hon. 10 Dygwch yr holl ddegwm i’r trysordy, fel y byddo bwyd yn fy nhŷ; a phrofwch fi yr awr hon yn hyn, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd, onid agoraf i chwi ffenestri y nefoedd, a thywallt i chwi fendith, fel na byddo digon o le i’w derbyn. 11 Myfi hefyd a argyhoeddaf er eich mwyn chwi yr ormes, ac ni ddifwyna i chwi ffrwyth y ddaear: a’r winwydden yn y maes ni fwrw ei ffrwyth cyn yr amser i chwi, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd. 12 A’r holl genhedloedd a’ch galwant chwi yn wynfydedig: canys byddwch yn wlad hyfryd, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd.
13 Eich geiriau chwi a ymgryfhaodd i’m herbyn, medd yr Arglwydd: eto chwi a ddywedwch, Pa beth a ddywedasom ni yn dy erbyn di? 14 Dywedasoch, Oferedd yw gwasanaethu Duw: a pha lesiant sydd er i ni gadw ei orchmynion ef, ac er i ni rodio yn alarus gerbron Arglwydd y lluoedd? 15 Ac yr awr hon yr ydym yn galw y beilchion yn wynfydedig: ie, gweithredwyr drygioni a adeiladwyd; ie, y rhai a demtiant Dduw, a waredwyd.
16 Yna y rhai oedd yn ofni yr Arglwydd a lefarasant bob un wrth ei gymydog: a’r Arglwydd a wrandawodd, ac a glybu; ac ysgrifennwyd llyfr coffadwriaeth ger ei fron ef i’r rhai oedd yn ofni yr Arglwydd, ac i’r rhai oedd yn meddwl am ei enw ef. 17 A byddant eiddof fi, medd Arglwydd y lluoedd, y dydd y gwnelwyf briodoledd; arbedaf hwynt hefyd fel yr arbed gŵr ei fab sydd yn ei wasanaethu. 18 Yna y dychwelwch, ac y gwelwch ragor rhwng y cyfiawn a’r drygionus, rhwng yr hwn a wasanaetho Dduw a’r hwn nis gwasanaetho ef.
Malachi 3
1599 Geneva Bible
3 1 Of the messenger of the Lord, John Baptist, and of Christ’s office.
1 Behold, I will send my [a]messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the [b]Lord whom ye seek, shall speedily come to his Temple: even the [c]messenger of the Covenant, whom ye desire: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.
2 But who [d]may abide the day of his coming? and who shall endure, when he appeareth? for he is like a purging fire, and like fuller’s soap.
3 And he shall sit down to try and fine the silver: he shall even fine the sons of [e]Levi and purify them as gold and silver, that they may bring offerings unto the Lord in righteousness.
4 Then shall the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem be acceptable unto the Lord, as in old time and in the years afore.
5 And I will come near to you to judgment, and I will be a swift witness against the soothsayers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that wrongfully keep back the hireling’s wages, and vex the widow, and the fatherless, and oppress the stranger, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts.
6 For I am the Lord: I change not, and ye sons of Jacob [f]are not consumed.
7 From the days of your fathers, ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them: [g]return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts: but ye said, Wherein shall we return?
8 Will a [h]man spoil his gods? yet have ye spoiled me: but ye say, Wherein have we spoiled thee? In [i]tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have spoiled me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven unto you, and pour you out a blessing [j]without measure.
11 And I will rebuke the [k]devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruit of your ground, neither shall your vine be barren in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a pleasant land, saith the Lord of hosts.
13 Your words have been stout [l]against me, saith the Lord: yet ye say, What have we spoken against thee?
14 Ye have said, It is in vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his commandment, and that we walked humbly before the Lord of hosts?
15 Therefore we count the proud blessed: even they that work wickedness, are set up, and they that tempt God, yea, they are [m]delivered.
16 [n]Then spake they that feared the Lord, everyone to his neighbor, and the Lord hearkened and heard it, and a [o]book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his Name.
17 And they shall be to me, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day [p]that I shall do this, for a flock, and I will [q]spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
18 Then shall you return, and discern between the righteous and wicked, between him that serveth God, and him that serveth him not.
