14 看啊，耶和华的日子快到了，那时你那里的财物必被抢掠、瓜分。 2 因为我必招聚万国去攻打耶路撒冷。那时，城必失守，房屋必被洗劫，妇女必被玷污。半城的人必被掳去，剩下的人必留在城中，不会被铲除。 3 那时，耶和华必出来与列国争战，像从前争战的日子一样。 4 到那天，祂的脚必踏在耶路撒冷东面的橄榄山上，这山必从东至西分成两半，一半向北移，一半向南移，中间形成极大的山谷。 5 你们要从我的这山谷逃跑，因为山谷必延伸到亚萨。你们必像犹大王乌西雅年间的人躲避大地震一样逃跑。我的上帝耶和华必带着所有的圣者降临。 6 到那天，将没有光、严寒和冰霜。 7 那将是奇特的日子，没有昼夜之分，晚上仍然有光，只有上帝知道那日何时来临。

The Lord Comes and Reigns
14 A day of the Lord(A) is coming, Jerusalem, when your possessions(B) will be plundered and divided up within your very walls.
2 I will gather all the nations(C) to Jerusalem to fight against it;(D) the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped.(E) Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city.(F) 3 Then the Lord will go out and fight(G) against those nations, as he fights on a day of battle.(H) 4 On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,(I) east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split(J) in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south. 5 You will flee by my mountain valley, for it will extend to Azel. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake[a](K) in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the Lord my God will come,(L) and all the holy ones with him.(M)
6 On that day there will be neither sunlight(N) nor cold, frosty darkness. 7 It will be a unique(O) day—a day known only to the Lord—with no distinction between day and night.(P) When evening comes, there will be light.(Q)
8 On that day living water(R) will flow(S) out from Jerusalem, half of it east(T) to the Dead Sea and half of it west to the Mediterranean Sea, in summer and in winter.(U)
9 The Lord will be king(V) over the whole earth.(W) On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name.(X)
10 The whole land, from Geba(Y) to Rimmon,(Z) south of Jerusalem, will become like the Arabah. But Jerusalem will be raised up(AA) high from the Benjamin Gate(AB) to the site of the First Gate, to the Corner Gate,(AC) and from the Tower of Hananel(AD) to the royal winepresses, and will remain in its place.(AE) 11 It will be inhabited;(AF) never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure.(AG)
12 This is the plague with which the Lord will strike(AH) all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.(AI) 13 On that day people will be stricken by the Lord with great panic.(AJ) They will seize each other by the hand and attack one another.(AK) 14 Judah(AL) too will fight at Jerusalem. The wealth of all the surrounding nations will be collected(AM)—great quantities of gold and silver and clothing. 15 A similar plague(AN) will strike the horses and mules, the camels and donkeys, and all the animals in those camps.
16 Then the survivors(AO) from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship(AP) the King,(AQ) the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.(AR) 17 If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship(AS) the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain.(AT) 18 If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The Lord[b] will bring on them the plague(AU) he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.(AV) 19 This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.(AW)
20 On that day holy to the Lord(AX) will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots(AY) in the Lord’s house will be like the sacred bowls(AZ) in front of the altar. 21 Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy(BA) to the Lord Almighty, and all who come to sacrifice will take some of the pots and cook in them. And on that day(BB) there will no longer be a Canaanite[c](BC) in the house(BD) of the Lord Almighty.(BE)

14 Behold, (B)the day of the Lord is coming,
And your [a]spoil will be divided in your midst.
2 For (C)I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;
The city shall be taken,
The houses [b]rifled,
And the women ravished.
Half of the city shall go into captivity,
But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then the Lord will go forth
And fight against those nations,
As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand (D)on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two,
From east to west,
(E)Making a very large valley;
Half of the mountain shall move toward the north
And half of it toward the south.
5 Then you shall flee through My mountain valley,
For the mountain valley shall reach to Azal.
Yes, you shall flee
As you fled from the (F)earthquake
In the days of Uzziah king of Judah.
6 It shall come to pass in that day
That there will be no light;
The [d]lights will diminish.
7 It shall be one day
(I)Which is known to the Lord—
Neither day nor night.
But at (J)evening time it shall happen
That it will be light.
8 And in that day it shall be
That living (K)waters shall flow from Jerusalem,
Half of them toward [e]the eastern sea
And half of them toward [f]the western sea;
In both summer and winter it shall occur.
9 And the Lord shall be (L)King over all the earth.
In that day it shall be—
(M)“The Lord is one,”
And His name one.
10 All the land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. [g]Jerusalem shall be raised up and (N)inhabited in her place from Benjamin’s Gate to the place of the First Gate and the Corner Gate, (O)and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses.
11 The people shall dwell in it;
And (P)no longer shall there be utter destruction,
(Q)But Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
12 And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:
Their flesh shall [h]dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,
And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.
13 It shall come to pass in that day
That (R)a great panic from the Lord will be among them.
Everyone will seize the hand of his neighbor,
And raise (S)his hand against his neighbor’s hand;
14 Judah also will fight at Jerusalem.
(T)And the wealth of all the surrounding nations
Shall be gathered together:
Gold, silver, and apparel in great abundance.
15 (U)Such also shall be the plague
On the horse and the mule,
On the camel and the donkey,
And on all the cattle that will be in those camps.
So shall this plague be.
The Nations Worship the King
16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall (V)go up from year to year to (W)worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep (X)the Feast of Tabernacles. 17 (Y)And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain. 18 If the family of (Z)Egypt will not come up and enter in, (AA)they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 19 This shall be the [i]punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
20 In that day (AB)“HOLINESS TO THE LORD” shall be engraved on the bells of the horses. The (AC)pots in the Lord’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar. 21 Yes, [j]every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holiness to the Lord of hosts. Everyone who sacrifices shall come and take them and cook in them. In that day there shall no longer be a (AD)Canaanite (AE)in the house of the Lord of hosts.

Herren ska regera
1-2 Var vakna, för Herrens dag kommer snart! På den dagen ska Herren samla alla folk att strida mot Jerusalem. Staden ska bli intagen, husen ska plundras, byte delas och kvinnor bli våldtagna. Hälften av befolkningen ska föras bort som slavar, och den andra hälften lämnas kvar i det som återstår av staden.
3 Då ska Herren dra ut i krig och strida mot dessa länder.
4 Hans fötter ska den dagen stå på Oljeberget, öster om Jerusalem, och Oljeberget ska dela sig så att det uppstår en djup dal från öster till väster. Halva berget ska falla åt norr och halva berget åt söder.
5 Ni ska fly genom dalen, för den ska sträcka sig ända fram till Asel i öster. Ja, ni ska fly som folket gjorde för länge sedan, vid jordbävningen på kung Ussias tid, och Herren, min Gud, ska komma och alla hans heliga tillsammans med honom.
6 Solen och månen och stjärnorna ska inte längre skina,
7 och ändå ska det vara ständig dag. Det är bara Herren som vet hur detta ska ske! Det ska inte längre vara en normal växling mellan dag och natt. När det blir kväll ska det fortfarande vara ljust.
8 Livgivande vatten ska rinna fram från Jerusalem, både österut mot Döda havet och västerut mot Medelhavet, och det ska flöda fram både vinter och sommar.
9 Herren ska vara kung över hela jorden. På den dagen ska det bara finnas en Herre, och det är bara hans namn man ska tillbe.
10 Hela landet från Geba i norr till Rimmon i söder ska utgöra en enda stor slätt. Men Jerusalem ska finnas kvar på sin höjd och täcka området hela vägen från Benjaminsporten till den plats där den gamla porten stod, och från Hörnporten och Hananels torn till de kungliga vinpressarna.
11 Jerusalems invånare ska slutligen få bo i lugn och ro, och staden ska aldrig mer drabbas av förbannelse eller förstörelse.
12 Herren ska sända en plåga över alla de folk som stred mot Jerusalem. De ska bli som kringvandrande lik. Deras kött ska ruttna bort, ögonen torka i sina hålor och deras tungor upplösas.
13 Herren ska skapa panik bland dem, så att man vänder sig mot varandra.
14 Juda ska också strida i Jerusalem. Alla grannfolkens rikedomar ska beslagtas, stora mängder av silver och guld och dyrbara kläder.
15 En liknande sjukdom ska drabba hästar, mulåsnor, kameler, åsnor och alla andra djur i fiendens läger.
16 Men alla de som överlever denna plåga ska varje år resa till Jerusalem för att tillbe kungen, Herren, härskarornas Gud, och för att fira Lövhyddohögtiden.
17 Den nation som vägrar att komma till Jerusalem för att tillbe kungen, Herren, härskarornas Gud, ska inte få något regn.
18 Men om man vägrar att komma från Egypten, ska Herren låta dem som bor där drabbas även av andra plågor.
19 På så sätt ska både Egypten och andra länder bli straffade, om de vägrar att komma till högtiden.
20 Då ska det stå skrivet på hästarnas bjällror: Detta är helig egendom, och alla krukor och kokkärl i Herrens tempel ska vara helgade på samma sätt som skålarna vid altaret.
21 Ja, alla kärl som finns i Jerusalem och Juda ska vara helgade åt Herren, härskarornas Gud, och alla som kommer för att tillbe ska få använda dem för att tillreda sina offer. Det ska inte längre finnas några främlingar eller någon som är oren inne i Herrens, härskarornas Guds tempel!

3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
