21 Then the Lord said to Moses, (B)“Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, [a]darkness which may even be felt.” 22 So Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was (C)thick darkness in all the land of Egypt (D)three days.

21 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward the sky so that darkness(B) spreads over Egypt—darkness that can be felt.” 22 So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness(C) covered all Egypt for three days.
