Под покрива на Всевишния
91 (A)Който живее под покрива на Всевишния,
той ще пребъдва под сянката на Всемогъщия.
2 (B)Ще казвам за Господа: Той е прибежище мое и крепост моя,
Бог мой, на Когото уповавам.
3 (C)Защото Той ще те избавя от примката на ловеца
и от гибелен мор.
4 (D)С перата Си ще те покрива;
и под крилете Му ще се скриеш;
Неговата вярност е щит и закрила.
5 (E)Няма да се боиш от нощен страх,
от стрелата, която лети денем,
6 от мор, който идва в тъмнина,
от погибел, която опустошава сред пладне.
7 Хиляда души ще падат от страната ти
и десет хиляди – до десницата ти,
но при тебе няма да се приближи.
8 (F)Само с очите си ще гледаш
и ще видиш възмездието на нечестивите.
9 (G)Понеже ти си казал: Господ е мое прибежище,
и си направил Всевишния свое обиталище,
10 (H)затова няма да те сполети никакво зло,
нито ще се приближи язва до шатъра ти.
11 (I)Защото ще заповяда на ангелите Си за тебе
да те пазят във всичките ти пътища.
12 (J)На ръце ще те вдигат,
да не би да удариш о камък крака си.
13 Ще настъпиш лъв и аспида;
ще стъпчеш млад лъв и змия.
14 (K)Понеже той е положил в Мене любовта си, казва Господ,
затова ще го избавя;
ще го поставя в безопасност[a], защото е познал името Ми.
15 (L)Той ще Ме призове и Аз ще го послушам;
с него ще съм, когато е в бедствие;
ще го избавя и ще го прославя.
16 Ще го наситя с дългоденствие
и ще му покажа спасението, което върша.

Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
91 He (A)who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide (B)under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 (C)I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
3 Surely (D)He shall deliver you from the snare of the [a]fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
4 (E)He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and [b]buckler.
5 (F)You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
8 Only (G)with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord, who is (H)my refuge,
Even the Most High, (I)your dwelling place,
10 (J)No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 (K)For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall [c]bear you up,
(L)Lest you [d]dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will [e]set him on high, because he has (M)known My name.
15 He shall (N)call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be (O)with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With [f]long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
