Psalm 94
21st Century King James Version
94 O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth—O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, show Thyself.
2 Lift up Thyself, Thou judge of the earth; render to the proud their due reward.
3 Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
4 How long shall they utter and speak hard things, and all the workers of iniquity boast?
5 They break in pieces Thy people, O Lord, and afflict Thine heritage.
6 They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
7 Yet they say, “The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.”
8 Understand, ye brutish among the people; and ye fools, when will ye be wise?
9 He that planted the ear, shall He not hear? He that formed the eye, shall He not see?
10 He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not He correct? He that teacheth man knowledge, shall not He know?
11 The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
12 Blessed is the man whom Thou chastenest, O Lord, and teachest him out of Thy law,
13 that Thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be dug for the wicked.
14 For the Lord will not cast off His people, neither will He forsake His inheritance.
15 But judgment shall return unto righteousness, and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
17 Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
18 When I said, “My foot slippeth,” Thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.
19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me, Thy comforts delight my soul.
20 Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with Thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
21 They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
22 But the Lord is my defense, and my God is the rock of my refuge.
23 And He shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off!

Oración pidiendo justicia
94 Oh Señor, Dios de las venganzas(A),
Oh Dios de las venganzas, ¡resplandece(B)!
2 Levántate(C), Juez de la tierra(D);
Da su merecido a los soberbios(E).
3 ¿Hasta cuándo los impíos, Señor,
Hasta cuándo los impíos se regocijarán(F)?
4 Charlan, hablan con arrogancia(G);
Todos los que hacen iniquidad se vanaglorían(H).
5 Aplastan a Tu pueblo(I), Señor,
Y afligen a Tu heredad(J).
6 Matan a la viuda y al extranjero,
Y asesinan a los huérfanos(K).
7 Y dicen: «El Señor no ve nada
Ni hace caso(L) el Dios de Jacob».
8 ¶Hagan caso, torpes del pueblo;
Necios, ¿cuándo entenderán(M)?
9 El que hizo el oído(N), ¿acaso no oye?
El que dio forma al ojo, ¿acaso no ve?
10 ¿No reprenderá el que castiga a las naciones(O),
El que enseña conocimiento al hombre(P)?
11 El Señor conoce los pensamientos del hombre(Q),
Sabe que son solo un soplo.
12 ¶Bienaventurado el hombre a quien reprendes(R), Señor,
Y lo instruyes en Tu ley(S);
13 Para darle descanso(T) en los días de aflicción(U),
Hasta que se cave una fosa(V) para el impío.
14 Porque el Señor no abandonará a Su pueblo(W),
Ni desamparará a Su heredad(X).
15 Porque el juicio(Y) volverá a ser justo,
Y todos los rectos de corazón lo seguirán.
16 ¿Quién se levantará por mí(Z) contra los malhechores?
¿Quién me defenderá de los que hacen iniquidad(AA)?
17 ¶Si el Señor no hubiera sido mi ayuda(AB),
Pronto habría habitado mi alma en el lugar del silencio.
18 Si digo: «Mi pie ha resbalado(AC)»,
Tu misericordia, oh Señor, me sostendrá.
19 Cuando mis inquietudes se multiplican dentro de mí,
Tus consuelos(AD) deleitan mi alma.
20 ¿Puede ser aliado Tuyo un trono de destrucción(AE),
Que planea el mal por decreto(AF)?
21 Se unen(AG) contra la vida del justo,
Y condenan a muerte al inocente(AH).
22 Pero el Señor ha sido mi baluarte(AI),
Y mi Dios la roca de mi refugio(AJ).
23 Él ha hecho volver sobre ellos su propia iniquidad(AK),
Y los destruirá en su maldad(AL);
El Señor, nuestro Dios, los destruirá.
