求耶和華興起禦敵
7 大衛指著便雅憫人古實的話，向耶和華唱的流離歌。
1 耶和華我的神啊，我投靠你，求你救我脫離一切追趕我的人，將我救拔出來，
2 恐怕他們像獅子撕裂我，甚至撕碎，無人搭救。
3 耶和華我的神啊，我若行了這事，若有罪孽在我手裡，
4 我若以惡報那與我交好的人（連那無故與我為敵的，我也救了他），
5 就任憑仇敵追趕我，直到追上，將我的性命踏在地下，使我的榮耀歸於灰塵！（細拉）
6 耶和華啊，求你在怒中起來，挺身而立，抵擋我敵人的暴怒；求你為我興起，你已經命定施行審判。
7 願眾民的會環繞你，願你從其上歸於高位。
8 耶和華向眾民施行審判。耶和華啊，求你按我的公義和我心中的純正判斷我。
9 願惡人的惡斷絕，願你堅立義人，因為公義的神察驗人的心腸肺腑。
10 神是我的盾牌，他拯救心裡正直的人。
11 神是公義的審判者，又是天天向惡人發怒的神。
12 若有人不回頭，他的刀必磨快，弓必上弦，預備妥當了。
13 他也預備了殺人的器械，他所射的是火箭。
14 試看惡人因奸惡而劬勞，所懷的是毒害，所生的是虛假。
15 他掘了坑，又挖深了，竟掉在自己所挖的阱裡。
16 他的毒害必臨到他自己的頭上，他的強暴必落到他自己的腦袋上。
17 我要照著耶和華的公義稱謝他，歌頌耶和華至高者的名。

大卫向耶和华唱的诗，与便雅悯人古实有关。
7 我的上帝耶和华啊，我投靠你，
求你拯救我脱离追赶我的人。
2 别让他们像狮子般撕裂我，
无人搭救。
3 我的上帝耶和华啊，
倘若我犯了罪，
手上沾了不义；
4 倘若我恩将仇报，
无故抢夺仇敌，
5 就让仇敌追上我，
践踏我，使我声名扫地。（细拉）
6 耶和华啊，
求你发怒攻击我暴怒的仇敌。
我的上帝啊，
求你来伸张正义。
7 愿万民环绕你，
愿你从高天治理他们，
8 愿你审判万民！
至高的耶和华啊，
我是公义正直的，
求你为我主持公道。
9 鉴察人心肺腑的公义上帝啊，
求你铲除邪恶，扶持义人。
10 上帝是我的盾牌，
祂拯救心地正直的人。
11 上帝是公义的审判官，
天天向恶人发怒。
12 他们若不悔改，祂必磨刀霍霍，
弯弓搭箭，诛灭他们。
13 祂准备好了夺命的兵器，
火箭已在弦上。
14 恶人心怀恶念，
居心叵测，滋生虚谎。
15 他们挖了陷阱，却自陷其中。
16 他们的恶行临到自己头上，
他们的暴力落到自己脑壳上。
17 我要称谢耶和华的公义，
我要歌颂至高者耶和华的名。

A shiggaion[b](A) of David, which he sang to the Lord concerning Cush, a Benjamite.
1 Lord my God, I take refuge(B) in you;
save and deliver me(C) from all who pursue me,(D)
2 or they will tear me apart like a lion(E)
and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue(F) me.
3 Lord my God, if I have done this
and there is guilt on my hands(G)—
4 if I have repaid my ally with evil
or without cause(H) have robbed my foe—
5 then let my enemy pursue and overtake(I) me;
let him trample my life to the ground(J)
and make me sleep in the dust.[c](K)
6 Arise,(L) Lord, in your anger;
rise up against the rage of my enemies.(M)
Awake,(N) my God; decree justice.
7 Let the assembled peoples gather around you,
while you sit enthroned over them on high.(O)
8 Let the Lord judge(P) the peoples.
Vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness,(Q)
according to my integrity,(R) O Most High.(S)
9 Bring to an end the violence of the wicked
and make the righteous secure—(T)
you, the righteous God(U)
who probes minds and hearts.(V)
10 My shield[d](W) is God Most High,
who saves the upright in heart.(X)
11 God is a righteous judge,(Y)
a God who displays his wrath(Z) every day.
12 If he does not relent,(AA)
