¹⁰ ·People praise you for your anger against evil [or Human anger praises you].
    ·Those who live through your anger are stopped from doing more evil [Those who survive your wrath are restrained; ^LYou gird the remains of wrath on you].

¹² But they don’t know
    ·what the Lord is thinking [the thoughts of the Lord];
they don’t understand his plan.
    He has gathered them like ·bundles of grain [sheaves] to the threshing floor.
