Ang mga Katiwalian ng mga Pinuno sa Israel
3 At sinabi ko, “Makinig kayo, lahat ng mga pinuno ng Israel! Katarungan ang dapat ninyong pairalin. 2 Ngunit ayaw ninyo ng mabuti at ang nais ninyo'y kasamaan. Binabalatan ninyo nang buháy ang aking bayan at unti-unting hinihimay ang kanilang mga laman. 3 Kinakain ninyo ang kanilang laman, binabakbak ang kanilang balat, binabali ang mga buto, at tinatadtad na parang karneng iluluto. 4 Darating ang araw na kayo'y dadaing kay Yahweh, ngunit hindi niya kayo tutugunin. Hindi niya kayo papakinggan dahil sa inyong mga kasamaang ginawa.”
5 Ganito ang sinasabi ni Yahweh tungkol sa mga bulaang propeta na naging dahilan ng pagkaligaw ng bayang Israel: “Nangangako sila ng kapayapaan sa mga nagsusuhol sa kanila, ngunit pinagbabantaan nilang didigmain ang ayaw magsuhol sa kanila.”
6 “Sasapit ang gabi ngunit hindi kayo magkakaroon ng pangitain; lalaganap ang dilim subalit hindi kayo tatanggap ng pahayag mula sa Diyos. Lulubog na ang araw para sa mga propeta; malagim ang kahihinatnan nila. 7 Mapapahiya ang mga manghuhula, pagtatawanan ang kanilang mga pahayag, sapagkat hindi na sila sinasagot ng Diyos.
8 “Subalit ako'y puspos ng kapangyarihan, ng espiritu ni Yahweh, ng katarungan at kapangyarihan upang ipahayag sa mga Israelita ang kanilang mga kasalanan. 9 Makinig kayo, lahat ng mga pinuno ng Israel. Nasusuklam kayo sa katarungan at binabaluktot ninyo ang katuwiran! 10 Itinayo ninyo ang Zion sa pamamagitan ng pagpatay; itinatag ninyo ang Jerusalem sa pamamagitan ng kasamaan. 11 Ang kanyang mga pinuno'y nagpapasuhol muna bago humatol, nagpapaupa ang mga pari para magturo, at ang mga propeta nama'y nanghuhula dahil sa salapi. Gayunman, umaasa sila kay Yahweh at sinasabi, ‘Nasa kalagitnaan natin si Yahweh kaya walang kasamaang darating sa atin.’”
12 Kaya't(A) dahil sa inyo, ang Zion ay bubungkalin tulad ng isang bukirin, magiging isang bunton ng gumuhong bato ang Jerusalem, at ang burol na kinatatayuan ng Templo'y magiging gubat.

3 我说：“雅各的首领，以色列家的统治者啊！
你们要听！
难道你们不知正义吗？
2 你们憎恶良善，
喜爱邪恶，
剥下我百姓的皮，
从他们的骨头上剔肉。
3 你们吃我百姓的肉，
剥我百姓的皮，
打碎他们的骨头，
把他们切成块，
如同下在锅里、放进釜中的肉。
4 你们遭难的时候，
向耶和华呼求，
祂必不应允你们。
因你们的恶行，
祂必掩面不顾你们。”
5 耶和华说：
“使我的子民步入歧途的先知啊，
你们向供养你们的人报平安，
出言攻击那不供养你们的人。
6 因此，黑夜必笼罩你们，
使你们看不见异象；
幽暗必临到你们，
使你们无法占卜。
太阳要因你们而沉落，
白昼变为黑夜。
7 假先见必抱愧，
占卜者必蒙羞。
因得不到上帝的答复，
你们必羞愧地捂着脸。”
8 至于我，
因有耶和华的灵，
我充满权能、正义和力量，
能向雅各宣告他的过犯，
向以色列宣告他的罪恶。
9 雅各家的首领，以色列家的统治者啊，
你们要听！
你们厌恶正义，颠倒是非；
10 以血腥建立锡安，
以罪恶建造耶路撒冷。
11 城里的首领为贪赃而枉法，
祭司为银子而施教，
先知为钱财而占卜。
他们却宣称倚靠耶和华，说：
“耶和华不是在我们当中吗？
灾祸不会临到我们。”
12 所以，因你们的缘故，
锡安必像田地被耕犁，
耶路撒冷必沦为废墟，
圣殿山必成为荒林之冈。

3 And I say, `Hear, I pray you, heads of Jacob, And ye judges of the house of Israel, Is it not for you to know the judgment?
2 Ye who are hating good, and loving evil, Taking violently their skin from off them, And their flesh from off their bones,
3 And who have eaten the flesh of My people, And their skin from off them have stript, And their bones they have broken, And they have spread [them] out as in a pot, And as flesh in the midst of a caldron.
4 Then do they cry unto Jehovah, And He doth not answer them, And hideth His face from them at that time, As they have made evil their doings.
5 Thus said Jehovah concerning the prophets Who are causing My people to err, Who are biting with their teeth, And have cried `Peace,' And he who doth not give unto their mouth, They have sanctified against him war.
6 Therefore a night ye have without vision, And darkness ye have without divination, And gone in hath the sun on the prophets, And black over them hath been the day.
7 And ashamed have been the seers, And confounded have been the diviners, And covered their lip have all of them, For their is no answer, O God.
8 And yet I have been full of power by the Spirit of Jehovah, And of judgment, and of might, To declare to Jacob his transgression, And to Israel his sin.
9 Hear this, I pray you, heads of the house of Jacob, And ye judges of the house of Israel, Who are making judgment abominable, And all uprightness do pervert.
10 Building up Zion with blood, And Jerusalem with iniquity.
11 Her heads for a bribe do judge, And her priests for hire do teach, And her prophets for silver divine, And on Jehovah they lean, saying, `Is not Jehovah in our midst? Evil doth not come in upon us.'
12 Therefore, for your sake, Zion is ploughed a field, and Jerusalem is heaps, And the mount of the house [is] for high places of a forest!

Leaders and Prophets Rebuked
3 Then I said,
“Listen, you leaders(A) of Jacob,
you rulers of Israel.
Should you not embrace justice,
2 you who hate good and love evil;
who tear the skin from my people
and the flesh from their bones;(B)
3 who eat my people’s flesh,(C)
strip off their skin
and break their bones in pieces;(D)
who chop(E) them up like meat for the pan,
like flesh for the pot?(F)”
4 Then they will cry out to the Lord,
but he will not answer them.(G)
At that time he will hide his face(H) from them
because of the evil they have done.(I)
5 This is what the Lord says:
“As for the prophets
who lead my people astray,(J)
they proclaim ‘peace’(K)
if they have something to eat,
but prepare to wage war against anyone
who refuses to feed them.
6 Therefore night will come over you, without visions,
and darkness, without divination.(L)
The sun will set for the prophets,(M)
and the day will go dark for them.(N)
7 The seers will be ashamed(O)
and the diviners disgraced.(P)
They will all cover(Q) their faces(R)
because there is no answer from God.(S)”
8 But as for me, I am filled with power,
with the Spirit of the Lord,
and with justice and might,
to declare to Jacob his transgression,
to Israel his sin.(T)
9 Hear this, you leaders of Jacob,
you rulers of Israel,
who despise justice
and distort all that is right;(U)
10 who build(V) Zion with bloodshed,(W)
and Jerusalem with wickedness.(X)
11 Her leaders judge for a bribe,(Y)
her priests teach for a price,(Z)
and her prophets tell fortunes for money.(AA)
Yet they look(AB) for the Lord’s support and say,
“Is not the Lord among us?
No disaster will come upon us.”(AC)
12 Therefore because of you,
Zion will be plowed like a field,
Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble,(AD)
the temple(AE) hill a mound overgrown with thickets.(AF)
