146 Purihin si Yahweh!
Purihin mo si Yahweh, O aking kaluluwa!
2 Pupurihin siya't aking aawitan;
aking aawitan habang ako'y buháy.
3 Sa mga pangulo'y huwag kang manghahawak,
kahit sa kaninong di makapagligtas;
4 kung sila'y mamatay, balik sa alabok,
kahit anong plano nila'y natatapos.
5 Mapalad ang tao, na ang kanyang Diyos na laging katulong ay ang Diyos ni Jacob;
sa Diyos na si Yahweh, umaasang lubos,
6 sa(A) Diyos na lumikha niyong kalangitan,
ng lupa at dagat, at lahat ng bagay.
Ang kanyang pangako ay maaasahan.
7 Panig sa naaapi, kung siya'y humatol,
may pagkaing handa, sa nangagugutom.
Pinalaya niya ang mga nabihag;
8 isinasauli, paningin ng bulag;
lahat ng inapi ay itinataas,
ang mga hinirang niya'y nililingap.
9 Isinasanggalang ang mga dayuhang sa lupain nila'y doon tumatahan;
tumutulong siya sa balo't ulila,
ngunit sa masama'y parusa'ng hatid niya.
10 Walang hanggang Hari, ang Diyos na si Yahweh!
Ang Diyos mo, Zion, ay mananatili!

稱頌 神的信實公義
146 你們要讚美耶和華。
我的心哪！要讚美耶和華。
2 我還活著的時候，我要讚美耶和華；
我還在世上的時候，我要歌頌我的 神。
3 你們不要倚靠權貴，
不要倚靠世人，他們一點都不能救助你們。
4 他們的氣一斷，就歸回塵土；
他們所計劃的，當天就幻滅了。
5 以雅各的 神為自己的幫助，
仰望耶和華他的 神的，
這人就是有福的。
6 耶和華造天、地、海，
和其中的萬物；
他持守信實，直到永遠。

Praise God Who Helps the Weak
146 Praise the Lord!
My whole being, praise the Lord.
2 I will praise the Lord all my life;
I will sing praises to my God as long as I live.
3 Do not put your trust in princes
or other people, who cannot save you.
4 When people die, they are buried.
Then all of their plans come to an end.
5 Happy are those who are helped by the God of Jacob.
Their hope is in the Lord their God.
6 He made heaven and earth,
the sea and everything in it.
He remains loyal forever.
7 He does what is fair for those who have been wronged.
He gives food to the hungry.
The Lord sets the prisoners free.
8 The Lord gives sight to the blind.
The Lord lifts up people who are in trouble.
The Lord loves those who do right.
9 The Lord protects the foreigners.
He defends the orphans and widows,
but he blocks the way of the wicked.
10 The Lord will be King forever.
Jerusalem, your God is everlasting.
