John 3:13-21

New King James Version

¹³^(A)No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man ^[a]who is in heaven. ¹⁴^(B)And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so ^(C)must the Son of Man be lifted up, ¹⁵that whoever ^(D)believes in Him should ^[b]not perish but ^(E)have eternal life. ¹⁶^(F)For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten ^(G)Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. ¹⁷^(H)For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

¹⁸^(I)“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ¹⁹And this is the condemnation, ^(J)that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. ²⁰For ^(K)everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. ²¹But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been ^(L)done in God.”

²¹ο δε ποιων την αληθειαν ερχεται προς το φως ινα φανερωθη αυτου τα εργα οτι εν θεω εστιν ειργασμενα

¹³^(A)No one has ascended into heaven, except ^(B)He who descended from heaven: ^(C)the Son of Man. ¹⁴And just as ^(D)Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must ^(E)the Son of Man ^(F)be lifted up, ¹⁵so that everyone who ^[a]believes will ^(G)have eternal life in Him.

¹⁶“For God so ^(H)loved the world, that He ^(I)gave His ^(J)only Son, so that everyone who ^(K)believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷For God ^(L)did not send the Son into the world ^(M)to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. ¹⁸^(N)The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of ^(O)the only Son of God. ¹⁹And this is the judgment, that ^(P)the Light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the Light; for ^(Q)their deeds were evil. ²⁰^(R)For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, so that his deeds will not be exposed. ²¹But the one who ^(S)practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds will be revealed ^[b]as having been performed in God.”
