²⁸But ^[a]transgressors and sinners will be ^(A)broken together,
And those who forsake Yahweh will come to an end.

Isaiah 1:28

New International Version

²⁸But rebels and sinners^(A) will both be broken,
and those who forsake^(B) the Lord will perish.^(C)

³¹And the strong man will become tinder,
His work also a spark.
Thus they shall both ^(A)burn together,
And there will be ^(B)none to quench them.

³¹The mighty man will become tinder
and his work a spark;
both will burn together,
with no one to quench the fire.^(A)”
