Ephesians 2:14-16

¹⁴For he is our peace,
who has made the two into one,
by breaking down the barrier of hostility.
In his flesh
¹⁵he has abolished the Law
with its commandments and ordinances,
so that he might create in himself
a single new person^[a] out of the two,
thereby making peace,
¹⁶and that he might reconcile both groups
to God in one body
through the cross,
thereby putting that enmity to death.

¹⁴For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, ¹⁵having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one ^(A)new man from the two, thus making peace, ¹⁶and that He might ^(B)reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby ^(C)putting to death the enmity.
