¹⁰ For the hand of the Lord will not rest on this mountain,
    but Moab will be trodden under his feet
    as straw is trodden into the dung-heap.

¹¹ Ephraim was a trained heifer
    that loved to thresh grain.
I myself laid a yoke
    upon her fair neck.
However, I will harness Ephraim;
    Judah will be forced to plow,
    and Jacob will harrow the land.

¹⁸ For Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain,” and “A worker deserves his wages.”^[a]
