Ang Salita ng Dios (Tagalog Contemporary Bible)

2 Joel ang pangalan ng panganay at Abijah naman ang sumunod. Pareho silang namuno sa Beersheba, 3 pero hindi sila gaya ng kanilang ama. Gahaman sila sa pera, tumatanggap ng suhol at binabaluktot ang katarungan.

4 Kaya nagtipon ang lahat ng tagapamahala ng Israel at pumunta kay Samuel sa Rama.
