在憂苦中祈求　神看顧

大衛的詩，交給詩班長。

13 耶和華啊！你忘記我要到幾時呢？

要到永遠嗎？

你掩面不顧我，要到幾時呢？

²我心裡籌算不安，內心終日愁苦，要到幾時呢？

我的仇敵勝過我，要到幾時呢？

³耶和華我的　神啊！求你看顧我，應允我；

求你使我的眼睛明亮，免得我沉睡至死；

⁴免得我的仇敵說：“我勝過了他”；

免得我跌倒的時候我的敵人就歡呼。

⁵至於我，我倚靠你的慈愛，

我的心必因你的救恩歡呼。

⁶我要歌頌耶和華，因他以厚恩待我。（本章第5~6節在《馬索拉文本》為13:6）

你转脸不顾我要到何时呢？
²我思绪烦乱，日夜忧伤要到何时呢？
我的仇敌占尽上风要到何时呢？
³我的上帝耶和华啊，
求你垂顾我，回答我，
使我眼睛明亮，
免得我在沉睡中死去，
⁴免得我的仇敌说：“我们战胜了他！”
免得他们因我败落而欢喜。
⁵我深信你的慈爱，
我的心要因你的拯救而欢欣。
⁶耶和华一直恩待我，
我要向祂歌唱。

13 How long will you forget me, Lord?
Will you forget me forever?
How long will you refuse to accept me?^[a]
²How long must I wonder if you have forgotten me?
How long must I feel this sadness in my heart?
How long will my enemy win against me?

³Lord my God, look at me and give me an answer.
Make me feel strong again, or I will die.
⁴If that happens, my enemy will say, “I beat him!”
He will be so happy that he won.

⁵But I trust in your faithful love, Lord.
I will be happy when you save me.
⁶Then I will sing to the Lord
because he was so good to me.
