20 И видях, че слизаше от небето един ангел, който държеше в ръката си ключа на бездната и една голяма верига.
2 Той улови змея, старовременната змия, която е дявол и сатана, и го върза за хиляда години,
3 и, като го хвърли в бездната, заключи и <я> запечата над него, за да не мами вече народите, преди да се свършат хилядата години, след което той трябва да бъде пуснат за малко време.
4 И видях престоли; и на тия, които бяха насядали на тях бе дадено да съдят; <видях> и душите на ония, които бяха обезглавени поради свидетелствуването <си> за Исуса, и поради Божието слово, и на ония, които не се поклониха на звяра, нито на образа му, и не приеха белега на челото си и на ръката си; и те оживяха и царуваха с Христа хиляда години.
5 Другите мъртви не оживяха докле не се свършиха хилядата години. Това е първото възкресение.
6 Блажен и свет оня, който участвува в първото възкресение; над такива втората смърт не ще има сила; а те ще бъдат свещеници Богу и на Христа и ще царуват с Него хиляда години.
7 И когато се свършат хилядата години, сатана ще бъде пуснат от тъмницата си,
8 и ще излезе да мами народите в четирите краища на земята, Гога и Магога, да ги събере за войната, - чието число е като морския пясък.
9 И те се разпростряха по <цялата> широчина на земята и обиколиха стана на светиите и обичния град; но огън падна от [Бога из] небето, та ги изпояде.
10 И дяволът, който ги мамеше, биде хвърлен в огненото жупелно езеро, гдето са и звярът и лъжепророкът; и ще бъдат мъчени денем и нощем до вечни векове.
11 След това видях един голям бял престол и Онзи, Който седеше на него, от Чието лице побягнаха земята и небето, че не се намери място за тях.
12 Видях и мъртвите големи и малки, стоящи пред престола; и <едни> книги се разгънаха; разгъна се и друга книга, която е <книгата> на живота; и мъртвите бидоха съдени според делата си по написаното в книгите.
13 И морето предаде мъртвите, които бяха в него; и смъртта и адът предадоха мъртвите, които бяха в тях; и те бидоха съдени всеки според делата си.
14 И смъртта и адът бидоха хвърлени в огненото езеро. Това <- присъдата за в огненото езеро> {В изданието от 1940 г. тези думи липсват} е втората смърт.
15 И ако някой не се намери записан в книгата на живота, той биде хвърлен в огненото езеро.

Los mil años
20 Vi un ángel que descendía del cielo con la llave del abismo y una gran cadena en la mano. 2 Prendió al dragón, la serpiente antigua, que es el Diablo y Satanás, y lo ató por mil años. 3 Lo arrojó al abismo, lo encerró y puso un sello sobre él, para que no engañara más a las naciones hasta que fueran cumplidos mil años. Después de esto debe ser desatado por un poco de tiempo.
4 Vi tronos, y se sentaron sobre ellos los que recibieron facultad de juzgar. Y vi las almas de los decapitados por causa del testimonio de Jesús y por la palabra de Dios, los que no habían adorado a la bestia ni a su imagen, ni recibieron la marca en sus frentes ni en sus manos; y vivieron y reinaron con Cristo mil años. 5 Pero los otros muertos no volvieron a vivir hasta que se cumplieron mil años. Ésta es la primera resurrección. 6 Bienaventurado y santo el que tiene parte en la primera resurrección; la segunda muerte no tiene poder sobre estos, sino que serán sacerdotes de Dios y de Cristo y reinarán con él mil años.
7 Cuando los mil años se cumplan, Satanás será suelto de su prisión 8 y saldrá a engañar a las naciones que están en los cuatro ángulos de la tierra, a Gog y a Magog, a fin de reunirlos para la batalla. Su número es como la arena del mar. 9 Subieron por la anchura de la tierra y rodearon el campamento de los santos y la ciudad amada; pero de Dios descendió fuego del cielo y los consumió. 10 Y el diablo, que los engañaba, fue lanzado en el lago de fuego y azufre donde estaban la bestia y el falso profeta; y serán atormentados día y noche por los siglos de los siglos.
El juicio ante el gran trono blanco
11 Vi un gran trono blanco y al que estaba sentado en él, de delante del cual huyeron la tierra y el cielo y ningún lugar se halló ya para ellos. 12 Y vi los muertos, grandes y pequeños, de pie ante Dios. Los libros fueron abiertos, y otro libro fue abierto, el cual es el libro de la vida. Y fueron juzgados los muertos por las cosas que estaban escritas en los libros, según sus obras. 13 El mar entregó los muertos que había en él, y la muerte y el Hades entregaron los muertos que había en ellos, y fueron juzgados cada uno según sus obras. 14 La muerte y el Hades fueron lanzados al lago de fuego. Ésta es la muerte segunda. 15 El que no se halló inscrito en el libro de la vida, fue lanzado al lago de fuego.

20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The Thousand Years
20 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven,(A) having the key(B) to the Abyss(C) and holding in his hand a great chain. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan,(D) and bound him for a thousand years.(E) 3 He threw him into the Abyss,(F) and locked and sealed(G) it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations(H) anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
4 I saw thrones(I) on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge.(J) And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded(K) because of their testimony about Jesus(L) and because of the word of God.(M) They[a] had not worshiped the beast(N) or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.(O) They came to life and reigned(P) with Christ a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.(Q) 6 Blessed(R) and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death(S) has no power over them, but they will be priests(T) of God and of Christ and will reign with him(U) for a thousand years.
The Judgment of Satan
7 When the thousand years are over,(V) Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations(W) in the four corners of the earth(X)—Gog and Magog(Y)—and to gather them for battle.(Z) In number they are like the sand on the seashore.(AA) 9 They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded(AB) the camp of God’s people, the city he loves.(AC) But fire came down from heaven(AD) and devoured them. 10 And the devil, who deceived them,(AE) was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur,(AF) where the beast(AG) and the false prophet(AH) had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.(AI)
The Judgment of the Dead
11 Then I saw a great white throne(AJ) and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence,(AK) and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small,(AL) standing before the throne, and books were opened.(AM) Another book was opened, which is the book of life.(AN) The dead were judged(AO) according to what they had done(AP) as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades(AQ) gave up the dead(AR) that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done.(AS) 14 Then death(AT) and Hades(AU) were thrown into the lake of fire.(AV) The lake of fire is the second death.(AW) 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life(AX) was thrown into the lake of fire.
