3 For I could almost wish(A) to be cursed(B) and cut off[a] from the Messiah for the benefit of my brothers, my own flesh and blood. 4 They are Israelites,(C) and to them belong the adoption,(D) the glory,(E) the covenants,(F) the giving of the law,(G) the temple service,(H) and the promises.(I) 5 The ancestors are theirs,(J) and from them, by physical descent,[b] came the Messiah,(K) who is God(L) over all,(M) praised forever.[c](N) Amen.
