KING OF ASSYRIA SENNACHERIB PUNISHED BY GOD
There are seven things the Lord hates and a proud look is at the top of the list (Pro 6:16-17). It was the Lords purpose that was necessary to stop Israel from completely forsaking God with their idols. Assyria was the instrument of His correction. Simply because the Lord uses us does not make us impervious to the Lord’s laws. The humble receive His grace (Jam 4:6). Making Jesus Christ Lord of your life is the best step of humility anyone can take.
