I hereby command that it be built completely and that close attention be paid to helping those who have returned from the exile of Judea, util the Lord’s house is finished.
So Darius commanded Sisinnes the governor of Syria and Phoenicia, and Sathrabuzanes, and their associates, and those who were appointed as local rulers in Syria and Phoenicia, to keep away from the place, and to permit Zerubbabel, the servant of the Lord and governor of Judea, and the elders of the Jews to build this house of the Lord on its site.

So Darius commanded Sisinnes the governor of Syria and Phoenic′ia, and Sathrabuzanes, and their associates, and those who were appointed as local rulers in Syria and Phoenic′ia, to keep away from the place, and to permit Zerub′babel, the servant of the Lord and governor of Judea, and the elders of the Jews to build this house of the Lord on its site.
And he commanded Sisinnes, the under-little-king of Syria and Phenice (or Phoenicia), and Sathrabuzanes, and his fellows, to do their (own) business, and they that were in Syria and Phenice (or Phoenicia) ordained rulers, that they should abstain them(selves) from the same place.
