11:22–24 At the close of his vision Ezekiel sees the glory cloud depart from the city of Jerusalem and move east across the Kidron Valley to the Mount of Olives as it departs from the city. But God had not forsaken the city forever. Ezekiel later describes the glory of God returning to Jerusalem (ch. 43).
