Job 3

ss Job: 1:

V 1–19: SORRY TO SURVIVE Job laments the day of his conception, and the day of his birth. V 20–24: DESIRING HIS DEATH Job wishes to die, but death will not come. As a godly man, suicide is not an option, but he longs that God will take him. V 25–26: RACKED WITH RESTLESSNESS Because he has already suffered the worst of the fears that he ever had, he is uneasy, troubled, and restless. He does not know that God is at work behind the circumstances. Often we, too, fail to realise that when our circumstances are really hard.
