路加福音 9:43-48
43 大家都对神的威荣惊叹不已。
再次预言受难
正当大家对耶稣所做的一切感到惊奇的时候，耶稣对他的门徒们说： 44 “你们要把这话存在耳中：人子将要被交在[a]人的手中。”
45 可是他们不明白这话，因为这话的意思对他们是隐藏的，使他们不能领悟。他们也不敢问耶稣这话的意思。
谁是最大的
46 门徒之间起了争论：他们当中到底谁更大。 47 耶稣看出他们心中的意念，就领来一个小孩子，让他站在自己身旁， 48 然后对他们说：“无论谁奉我的名接受这小孩子，就是接受我；接受我的，就是接受差派我来的那一位。要知道，在你们当中谁更小，他才为大。”
