Version
Psalm 67

To the Overcomer on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song.

¶ God be merciful unto us and bless us and cause his face to shine upon us. Selah.

That thy way may be known upon the earth, thy saving health among all the Gentiles.

Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee.

O let the Gentiles be glad and sing for joy, for thou shalt judge the people righteously and shepherd the Gentiles upon the earth. Selah.

Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee.

Then shall the earth bring forth her fruit, and God, even our own God, shall bless us.

God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Proverbs 2:1-5

¶ My son, if thou wilt receive my words and hide my commandments within thee

so that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom and apply thine heart to intelligence,

yea, if thou criest for understanding and givest thy voice unto intelligence,

if thou seekest her as silver and searchest for her as for hid treasures,

then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD and find the knowledge of God.

Acts 15:36-41

36 ¶ And some days after, Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they do.

37 And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

38 But Paul thought it not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia and did not go with them to the work.

39 And the contention was so sharp between them that they departed asunder one from the other, and so Barnabas took Mark and sailed unto Cyprus;

40 and Paul chose Silas and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

41 And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the congregations. {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones}
