Version
Psalm 91:1-2

Security of the One Who Trusts in the Lord.

91 He who dwells in the (A)shelter of the Most High
Will abide in the (B)shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “My (C)refuge and my (D)fortress,
My God, in whom I (E)trust!”

Psalm 91:9-16

[a]For you have made the Lord, (A)my refuge,
Even the Most High, (B)your dwelling place.
10 (C)No evil will befall you,
Nor will any plague come near your [b]tent.

11 For He will give (D)His angels charge concerning you,
To guard you in all your ways.
12 They will (E)bear you up in their hands,
That you do not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will (F)tread upon the lion and cobra,
The young lion and the [c]serpent you will trample down.

14 (G)Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will (H)set him securely on high, because he has (I)known My name.
15 “He will (J)call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in [d]trouble;
I will rescue him and (K)honor him.
16 “With [e]a (L)long life I will satisfy him
And [f](M)let him see My salvation.”

Exodus 5:10-23

10 So (A)the taskmasters of the people and their foremen went out and spoke to the people, saying, “Thus says Pharaoh, ‘I am not going to give you any straw. 11 You go and get straw for yourselves wherever you can find it, but none of your labor will be reduced.’” 12 So the people scattered through all the land of Egypt to gather stubble for straw. 13 The taskmasters pressed them, saying, “Complete your [a]work quota, [b]your daily amount, just as when [c]you had straw.” 14 Moreover, (B)the foremen of the sons of Israel, whom Pharaoh’s taskmasters had set over them, (C)were beaten [d]and were asked, “Why have you not completed your required amount either yesterday or today in making brick as previously?”

15 Then the foremen of the sons of Israel came and cried out to Pharaoh, saying, “Why do you deal this way with your servants? 16 There is no straw given to your servants, yet they keep saying to us, ‘Make bricks!’ And behold, your servants are being beaten; but it is the fault of your own people.” 17 But he said, “You are (D)lazy, very lazy; therefore you say, ‘Let us go and sacrifice to the Lord.’ 18 So go now and work; for you will be given no straw, yet you must deliver the quota of bricks.” 19 The foremen of the sons of Israel saw that they were in trouble [e]because they were told, “You must not reduce [f]your daily amount of bricks.” 20 When they left Pharaoh’s presence, they met Moses and Aaron as they were [g]waiting for them. 21 (E)They said to them, “(F)May the Lord look upon you and judge you, for you have (G)made [h]us odious in Pharaoh’s sight and in the sight of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to kill us.”

22 Then Moses returned to the Lord and said, “(H)O Lord, why have You brought harm to this people? Why did You ever send me? 23 Ever since I came to Pharaoh to speak in Your name, he has done harm to this people, (I)and You have not delivered Your people at all.”

Acts 7:30-34

30 “After forty years had passed, (A)an angel appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in the flame of a burning thorn bush. 31 When Moses saw it, he marveled at the sight; and as he approached to look more closely, there came the voice of the Lord: 32 (B)I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.’ Moses shook with fear and would not venture to look. 33 (C)But the Lord said to him,(D)Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground. 34 (E)I have certainly seen the oppression of My people in Egypt and have heard their groans, and I have come down to rescue them; [a](F)come now, and I will send you to Egypt.’
