Psalm 118:1-2

118 1 David rejected of Saul and of the people at the time appointed obtained the kingdom. 4 For the which he biddeth all them, that fear the Lord, to be thankful.  And under his person in all this was Christ lively set forth, who should be of his people rejected.

Praise [a]ye the Lord, because he is good: for his mercy endureth forever.

Let Israel now say, That his mercy endureth forever.

Psalm 118:19-29

19 Open ye unto me the [a]gates of righteousness, that I may go into them, and praise the Lord.

20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter into it.

21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and hast been my deliverance.

22 (A)The stone, which the builders [b]refused, is the head of the corner.

23 This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes,

24 This is the [c]day, which the Lord hath made: let us rejoice and be glad in it.

25 [d]O Lord, I pray thee, save now: O Lord, I pray thee now give prosperity.

26 Blessed be he, that cometh in the Name of the Lord: [e]we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.

27 The Lord is mighty, and hath given us [f]light: bind the sacrifice with cords unto the horns of the altar.

28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee, even my God: therefore I will exalt thee.

29 Praise ye the Lord, because he is good: for his mercy endureth forever.

Deuteronomy 16:1-8

16 1 Of Easter. 10 Whitsuntide, 13 And the feast of tabernacles. 18 What officers ought to be ordained. 21 Idolatry forbidden.

Thou shalt keep the month of [a]Abib, and thou shalt celebrate the Passover unto the Lord thy God: for in the month of Abib the Lord thy God brought thee out of Egypt by night.

Thou shalt therefore [b]offer the Passover unto the Lord thy God, of sheep and bullocks (A)in the place where the Lord shall choose to cause his Name to dwell.

Thou (B)shalt eat no leavened bread with it: but seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of [c]tribulation: for thou camest out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest out of the land of Egypt, all the days of thy life.

And there shall be no leaven seen with thee in all thy coasts seven days long: neither shall there remain the night any of the flesh until the morning which thou offeredst the first day at even.

Thou mayest [d]not offer the Passover within any of the gates, which the Lord thy God giveth thee:

But in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose to place his Name, there thou shalt offer the [e]Passover at even, about the going down of the sun, in the season that thou camest out of Egypt.

And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, and shalt return on the morrow, and go unto thy tents.

Six days shalt thou eat unleavened bread, and the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the Lord thy God: thou shalt do no work therein.

Philippians 2:1-11

1 He exhorteth them above all things, 3 to humility,  6 and that by the example of Christ. 19 He promiseth to send Timothy shortly unto them, 26 and excuseth the long tarrying of Epaphroditus.

[a]If there be therefore any consolation in [b]Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any [c]compassion and mercy,

Fulfill my joy, that ye be like minded, having the [d]same love, being of one accord, and of one judgment,

That nothing be done through contention or vainglory, but that in meekness of mind every man esteem others better than himself.

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of other men.

[e]Let the same mind be in you that was even in Christ Jesus,

Who being in the [f]form of God, [g]thought it no robbery to be [h]equal with God:

But he made himself of [i]no reputation, and took on him the [j]form of a servant, and was made like unto men, and was found in shape as a man.

He humbled himself, and became obedient unto the death, even the death of the cross.

[k]Wherefore God hath also highly exalted him, and given him a [l]name above every name.

10 That at the Name of Jesus should [m]every knee bow, both of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.

11 And that [n]every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord, unto the glory of God the Father.
