約 翰 福 音 12:36-43
36 趁着光还在，你们信赖它吧，使你们成为光之子。”说完，耶稣离去，躲开了所有的人。
犹太人拒绝信仰耶稣
37 尽管耶稣当着人们的面行了这些奇迹，但是，他们还是不信仰他， 38 所以，这正应验了先知以赛亚的话：
“主，谁相信我们的信息，
主的力量向谁显示过呢？”
39 由于这个缘故，他们不能相信他，因为，以赛亚还说：
40 “他蒙蔽了他们的眼睛，
让他们的心灵迟钝，

心灵不能理解，
不转向我－这样我才好治愈他们。”
