我们是上帝的大殿
14 不要与不信的人同伍，共负一轭。义与不法之间有什么共同之处呢？光明与黑暗之间有什么同盟呢（分享）？ 15 基督和撒旦 [a]怎么能有协约呢？信和不信的人之间有什么可以分享的呢？ 16 上帝的大殿 [b]和偶像有什么契约呢？我们是活生生的上帝的大殿。正如上帝所说：
“我将与他们同生活，
我将与他们同行，
我将做他们的上帝。
他们将做我的子民。” (A)
17 “所以，离开他们，
与他们分开。”
“再不要碰不洁之物，
我就会接受你们。” (B)
18 万能的主说：
“我将做你们的父亲，
你们将做我的儿女。” (C)
7 亲爱的朋友，既然我们有这些来自上帝的承诺，就让我们净化自己—摆脱污染我们身体和精神的一切吧。让我们的圣洁完美无缺，因为我们敬畏上帝。
